Every time I called for an update Joel gave me a bullshit response of "this day coming up". The day comes with the expected results of getting my vehicle back and he gives another date. This happened a total of four times with no call from the business of any updates. This is on top of them ordering the wrong parts for my car and causing another update. I felt like my service just keeps getting swept to the right. If a solid expected date was given this wouldn't have been a problem, but it's the constant hassle of not knowing the state my vehicle is in on the date given to pickup. This reason alone goes to my 1 star.
