I called and spoke to Ryan. He quoted me $130 to mount and balance and dispose of four tires for my truck. When I got there. John stepped in and was very disrespectful and condescending and he said that since I didn't buy the tires there, it was gonna cost $300 in lieu of the $130. John is not a very good manager and I would definitely not recommend doing business with him. It's not the first time I had issues with John. He always tries to upsell and the price always seems to go up with these fees that we were never disclosed upon initial quote. If you decide to do business with John make sure you get it in writing. I will no longer be doing business with Town Fair Tire and whoever chooses to, be careful for the switch and bait.

First, I didn't know were my car ended up because the officer told me we could be driven home and she would call me when the tow truck showed up, but didn't. I had to call the police dept to track down my car, and when I called Columbus the person on the phone said, "Yeah, we towed it, what are you gonna do with it?!" Umm, I was calling you to figure that out! Jerk!

I only got 30 thousand before there was no tread on them. Won't name the tire company but apparently they had lots of problems with this particular tire. John and his crew made this situation right for me. I have been going the City Tire for 20 years, and due to their customer service and commitment to having happy customers will be a local customer for many more years to come.

Not wanting to cause any damage to the vehicle we pulled off on the next exit. It just so happened an automotive store was off the exist. The manager ran a diagnostic test and we purchased the part. She recommended Gus's Motor Sports garage and gave him a call. Gus took us in immediately and determined it was a knock sensor that needed to be replaced. The next four hours Gus worked on the car and even changed our oil so that we could get back on the road. This man and his company were an answer to our prayers in getting back to Texas. Just a great man and business that is honest and true to their word. Thank you Gus and when ever your in Texas the brisket and beer are on us.
