Location: 8/10 HF is never crowded, even during peak times. It's easy to get in and out even though the parking lot is kind of small. It's right on Santa Fe (135th) which is always busy no matter what time of the day. Overall: 9/10 HF is a great place to find super affordable tools that will get you through whatever project you are working on.
