I bought spectricide insecticide from the Lowe's in Raymore. The insecticide would not dispense. When I asked for exchange or return I was told by the customer service clerk that her manager had told her that customers would have to contact Spectricide with any issues. I didn't buy it from the manufacturer and have never heard of anything like this. read more

We live half way between the Lee's Summit and the Belton store and if you want customer service you need to go to Belton. Today, I called and spoke to Matt in lumber he detailed exactly what I needed to know and then when I arrived he and I pulled the lumber and he cut it to size for me and I was out of there. Don't typically post reviews but I have not received a response from Lowes after contacting Customer Service. -7/26/23: purchased a cabinet for 437.89 with delivery scheduled for 7/31. -7/31: notified cabinet would not be delivered as scheduled as it was not assembled. Delivery rescheduled for 8/4. Advised that I would receive a call on 8/3 to confirm delivery. No call received. -8/4: notified that cabinet not assembled and "assembly is by an outside company and we don't know when they will be here". Received call back advising cabinet had been assembled but was "showing up in the system as not being assembled". Advised invoice not able to be printed for delivery company and order needed to be cancelled and reordered. Ordered a second time and 436.81 posted to credit card on 8/4/23. Advised delivery would be before 6pm on 8/4/23. At 6:58pm, the cabinet had not been delivered. Contacted Lowes and advised "we contract out for delivery and don't know the delivery schedule". The cabinet was delivered at 7:40pm, locked and with no key. -8/6: emailed Customer Service and have yet to receive a response. -8/27: received email from Lowe's confirming that I had picked up the cabinet on 8/27. Charge for 435.39 was posted to my credit card on 8/27/23. This is a third charge for the one cabinet that was delivered on 8/4/23. I called Lowe's and was advised that there had been an issue with processing the previous transaction and that it had to be re-entered. I advised that there had now been 3 charges to my credit card for the same purchase. He advised that there "was nothing" he could do and that I would need to call the credit card company to dispute the charges. This is the short version of this experience. Take home lesson...don't purchase online with delivery. And don't expect any customer service from Lowe's if there are issues/concerns. read more

Conveniently located. Clean and not too crowded. Staff has been more than helpful with multiple projects I have undertaken. They always seem to have what I need. I would suggest more checkout clerks. read more

We always go to our local Lowe's first and rarely need to go anywhere else. We've bought our last four appliances from there and we've been very happy, especially with the home delivery service. The extended warranty we bought was honored 100% when it was needed. When you go in or call, they actually listen. They honor military and first responder. read more

Friendly staff, clean and organized. I like the self check-out lanes, handy for when you just ran in to get a light bulb or something. My only complaint would be that returns seem to take awhile. Would be nice if they could send a second clerk over when there is a line at the returns desk. read more

We bought a new stove and had it delivered on the 27th. The guy plugged in the stove and there was an error message F50 and all he said was turn breaker off and on. My husband did that and we still had the error message and he called GE to see what the error message said and was told they probably didn't hook it up right. Lowe's sent out someone else and he said they hooked it upright and also said he would have someone come out on Sunday to pick up the stove between the hours of 11 and 2. I thought that was weird to have delivery on Sunday and of course no one showed up. I made the call again and this time I was told someone would be picking up the stove on Monday-today is Monday, we shall see...... They said we should call GE to have the stove fixed, it is a brand new stove. I told them to come pick up the stove and we want our money back. read more

Bad experience w/Lowes this am. I purchased a mower through Lowes last August, the engine seems to have blown (its only May) I was told by Customer service to return the mower and they would send it off. This may cost me up to 100$ because I did not purchase the extended warranty. And the mower only had a limited warranty not a 2 yrs warranty as I was told when purchasing the mower. I then called Troy Built and was told there would not be a charge to me, the mower is covered and the certified repair shop is a mile down the road from Lowes. If I were told this to begin w/it would have saved me a ton of hassle w/Lowes. The manager could not be bothered to come to the customer service counter when asked, I was told he would not come, he was (in the back). I expected more from Lowes after spending 300$ on a mower using it one season and oil leaking from the muffler.... read more
