The sensitivity of time and discretion was so important as this was immediately following a death in my family and I was the only family member in a position to help. ChritenServ was able to find the addresses and contact information of multiple people and businesses that I needed in order to start making arrangements for securing my loved one's property and estate. This thorough investigation and detailed information allowed me to make immediate contact, necessary arrangements, travel plans, and informed decisions needed to ensure our family members estate was quickly secured. This information and process involved 8 states to validate information. Lastly, I was prepared to pay whatever the costs needed for for this seemingly impossible task. ChristenServ gave me an estimate of the time and costs and came back with a much lower final bill than I expected. Thank you so much for the quality service at a very reasonable price. Truly appreciated and I wholeheartedly recommend ChristenServ and will be using their services again if needed.

This was actually done a couple of years ago. I have been too angry and hurt to do anything about…read moreit until now. We contacted Abraham's because we thought it had been an established business in the area and had good feedback. So wrong!!! An elderly man and his son showed up to pick up our clock. They carried it out to their van -- nothing any more professional than we could have done, but they charged us for the pickup. I had spent some time explaining that I thought I had over-wound the clock and wanted it repaired to working order. The old man quoted $300 for pickup and extra for repair. A few weeks later they called and said we could pick it up! We carried it out to our SUV, not any differently than in their van. He wouldn't give us the clock back until we paid another few hundred dollars. The "repairs" consisted of them totally destroying my clock! This had been a gift from my son and was important to me. They cut a hole in the back and replaced the original clock works with a battery operated clock face! This did not "repair" my precious clock! It's just another battery operated clock now, The pendulum no longer works and the sound of the chime is totally mechanized. To top it off, he also refused to return the key to the clock! Said he had so many that he didn't know where it was. I cried all the way home. It breaks my heart every time I look at it or hear it "chime". I have another grandfather clock that had belonged to my dad, but I definitely WILL NOT call Abraham's again.

But the experience should be at least neutral most of the time. Take your business elsewhere.

They are professional, knowledgeable keeping safety of chemicals as a major concern. I know I can call them as problem occur & that includes removal of unwanted critters. I can certainly understand why our neighbors recommended them & wholeheartedly do the same.

I noped my way back down the ladder, did some Google-fu, and found McDonnell Pest Control. I'd had okayish service with Terminex in the past but Danny looked to be just what I needed. Gave him a call, explained what was going on, and he helped confirm my worst fears (yup, they were in the soffits). 20 minutes later and I could see them noticeably decreased and the nest gone. Checked again the next day (and the next, and the next) and the yellow jackets have disappeared. Kids and I can roam the yard freely without fear of getting stung.
