Bailed a friend out and Angela was very helpful and professional. I would use them again (but hopefully won't have to).

DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCREAMED AT FOR FOLLOWING THEIR DIRECTIONS! A friend went to jail, and I had heard nothing but good things about Lena's from people I knew, so hers was the first number I called. Big mistake. I honestly should have never bailed my friend out, if we would have waited, she would have gotten a PR bond from the courts. So first bit of advice, wait until they see the judge. My friend and I had a falling out, and they jumped bond to Missouri. You would think that she had ran from a murder charge the way Lena's reacted. For a high court misdemeanors, $750. I dont think they're doing too well financially, considering the sheer volume of time and resources that went to hunting this person. ​​ I was out of the state for work more than I was home, so this wasn't my top priority while away. At one point, I was on a three way call with Angela and my friend, when arrangements were made for me to purchase a bus ticket to get her back to Michigan, per Angela's guidance. Not five minutes later, I recieved a phone call from Lena, SCREAMING at me, saying I might as well just kill my friend myself, since im buying her drugs by sending her money (which I absolutely hadn't sent her a dime) I might as well pay them the $750 now, just out of control rage, even though I was following the direction of one of her employees. I broke down sobbing, completely caught off guard, and told her I was disconnecting the call because I did absolutely nothing to deserve to be screamed at that way. Her fiancee/husband/boyfriend brian called me back, and i worked with him the rest of the time. Lena was incredibly unprofessional for the rest of my time dealing with Lenas bail bonds, and even though I was the one to take my friend to court to turn herself in, I'm still being billed for $300. I understand, they put in the work and did their best to capture her and take her in themselves, which is why i am going to pay them what they say i do. But, ultimately, ​they absolutely did not live up to their reputation. They take every time you dont answer your phone personally and she has no problem being verbally abusive even though your following her employees directions. These people surrounded my house banging on my windows yelling for me to open my door. Scaring my kids and grandchild. I opened the door very upset. They would not identify themselves. Two of the men were armed. The lady had some papers. I told them I was calling the police. They left but not before i got their license plate number. I called the police and they had the wrong house. They never apologized for making my grandchild scream and cry plus the scare they put in the rest if us. They were very aggressive when trying to figure what the h### was going on. These people are mean aggrassive and dont care if they have the WRONG HOUSE!!! ​ read more

2 agents followed me home at 1:00am and proceeded to aggressively pound on our door asking for someone I don't know. They did not identify themselves even after my friend and I drew our firearms and announced that we had guns on them. Lucky they didn't die. read more

A friend used there ppl for a bond. They got my friend released from the county jail. She had a small balance left to pay off. Brian and Lena were very very unprofessional and very very petty. She owed them couple hundred dollars. Made her payments on time. Yet they called and harassed her every couple of days. For a small amount of money. Dont use them. Call someone who is more professional and not petty. Be prepared to be harassed by them if you do. read more
