Big mistake. I honestly should have never bailed my friend out, if we would have waited, she would have gotten a PR bond from the courts. So first bit of advice, wait until they see the judge. My friend and I had a falling out, and they jumped bond to Missouri. You would think that she had ran from a murder charge the way Lena's reacted. For a high court misdemeanors, $750. I dont think they're doing too well financially, considering the sheer volume of time and resources that went to hunting this person. ​​ I was out of the state for work more than I was home, so this wasn't my top priority while away. At one point, I was on a three way call with Angela and my friend, when arrangements were made for me to purchase a bus ticket to get her back to Michigan, per Angela's guidance. Not five minutes later, I recieved a phone call from Lena, SCREAMING at me, saying I might as well just kill my friend myself, since im buying her drugs by sending her money (which I absolutely hadn't sent her a dime) I might as well pay them the $750 now, just out of control rage, even though I was following the direction of one of her employees. I broke down sobbing, completely caught off guard, and told her I was disconnecting the call because I did absolutely nothing to deserve to be screamed at that way. Her fiancee/husband/boyfriend brian called me back, and i worked with him the rest of the time. Lena was incredibly unprofessional for the rest of my time dealing with Lenas bail bonds, and even though I was the one to take my friend to court to turn herself in, I'm still being billed for $300. I understand, they put in the work and did their best to capture her and take her in themselves, which is why i am going to pay them what they say i do. But, ultimately, ​they absolutely did not live up to their reputation. They take every time you dont answer your phone personally and she has no problem being verbally abusive even though your following her employees directions. Definitely go with another company.

Well first of all I thought that they were good they showed up to bond my husband out and was told…read morehe had a hold out of another country for probation violation then i asked if we should do it because they usually don't let you out on a probation violation but he told me that he would go to that country and bond him out that that country would probably bond him on it but they didn't so i asked him to revoke his bond so that he was getting credit for his jail time I called 3 times and the last call he insisted me that he would revoke it long story short he didn't so now he has to do another 6 months because he couldn't get the credit so I paid the bondsman for abousully nothing gave him I want to say 1,200 dollars and absolutely got nothing not only did he never get out he also has to serve the time again i called him about this he told me that he was going to call the court and call me back nothing no return call left several..messages and he want call text nothing good luck with them
