Apparently Alchin's has more than enough customer base because they treat you as an enemy, liar and distraction to their 'busy' day. They do NOT return calls, have no voicemail system, so a busy signal (who even has that anymore?) is typically what you get when you call. Blaming the customer for no pick up or broken glass and trash in the street is deplorable and unacceptable. Going so far as to ask for proof with video or suggesting that another service has been picking up their bins and creating a mess to make them look bad. RIGHT! Now they are calling me stupid as well. I'll be looking for another service that wants to do business with me and respects their customers.
