I picked it back up and it wasn't working right still. So I called back and told I could bring it back in and they would swap the washer out for a new one. The day I brought it in the owner told me they didn't have a washer "tested" that I could have, but would deliver one in two days. They didn't deliver a new one and have stopped answering my phone calls. This company basically sold me a defunct washer took my money and got a keep the washer.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this moving company. After receiving repeated…read morecalls and pressure to book my move, I finally signed the contract and scheduled a moving date. At no point was it made clear that my reservation would be canceled without further notice if the deposit was not immediately paid. Although I signed the contract and believed my move was scheduled, the company canceled my reservation and gave away my moving date because I forgot to submit the $100 deposit. Instead of making a phone call or attempting to contact me directly, they simply sent a text message informing me that my move had been canceled. Considering how aggressively they pursued my business before I signed, I expected at least the same level of communication before canceling my reservation. A quick phone call could have easily resolved the issue. Instead, I was left scrambling to find another moving date and dealing with unnecessary stress.

They showed up quickly, you feel ok, they like this, this is the tactic. Ultimately they turned out to be an outfit that overcharged and under delivered, they over charged on the square footage worked in by double. Under delivered by not doing the work contracted, left a mess, then took us to small claims after the bullying tactics for their bogus invoice failed to get us to pay what they wanted. WE WON. Cannot emphasize enough that you need to stay away from this outfit, nothing but chancers.
