As I entered the office I immediately noticed how clean the entire facility was. The technicians got to work on my vehicle in a very timely manner. They game me a courtesy ride back to my house and told me to wait for their phone call. I waited only a couple of hours before the call came. The issue had been fixed! They sent the courtesy vehicle to pick me up. The total cost of the repair was less than I expected it to be. I totally recommend DS Auto Experts for any of your car repair needs!!!

(i walked around the lot at giant chev for 10 minutes before a salesmen greeted me) he was professional and had enough product knowledge. he could explain most of the features of the truck and seemed to know the different packages and what they included. i did not buy the truck the first day, as a matter of fact i had almost decided not to buy one over the next couple days. Andrew scheduled a follow up with me and he actually called. i came back in to discuss details and complain about the price. Andrew did not back down, every objection was acknowledged and worked through. i could tell he was following a process and i appreciate that. this is the nicest truck i have ever driven and i am very very grateful. thank you.

10+ Stars for Tom's Body and Paint!…read more We had an excellent experience with Tom's Paint and Body after our truck was hit. Thankfully, our insurance company had them listed as a preferred vendor, and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. The repair work was excellent and they even went the extra mile and DETAILED the interior and exterior of our truck before we picked it up....It looked amazing! Shout-out to Brandon who was wonderful to work with. He was friendly, professional, and kept us updated throughout the process. Would definitely recommend and use Tom's again!

Issues include: Loose bolts Misaligned panels Unpainted parts Update: We dropped off the vehicle at 11:30 AM and were told it would be a quick fix since only three bolts secure the rear bumper to the frame. When I called at 3:40 PM to check the status, the adjuster said they were still looking at the vehicle. I explained that we needed the car back before they closed at 5 PM. At 4:27 PM, we received a call from Tom's informing us they were unable to get to our vehicle at all. This was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. If your insurance recommends this shop, I strongly suggest going elsewhere. The service here is terrible.

A couple months go along and I finally get to my first service appt at my dealership and the front left control arm (where damage were "repaired") literally falls out. Finally cancels the tow at 4pm. They would not respond to my texts. I don't know if it's automated or what. But the shop I was trying to tow it to was not taking cars anymore that late. I was told we could try again the next day. I called this shop to verify the name as to not leave this on the wrong shop and all he said was you the guy for the tow. I told him I canceled it and my reasoning for calling and he just said ok and hung up. Or stopped talking. Either way they were done with me. After reading other reviews. I'm not alone. Thank god my kid or wife wasn't on the side of the freeway. This shop is a joke. See picture of text. It's timed stamped of then they got the request and when I finally started trying to get someone on the phone.

Maybe that was how he got me to acknowledge an issue down there, that issue being they stripped my damn drain plug and glued it back on like a child...if he told me, I'm truly sorry...but, I would have remembered something like that. It's filled with putty and the bolt is rattling, thank sweet baby Jesus my wife talked me into getting the oil changed before we drove up to Oregon, they notice this ridiculousness, send me to one shop that's full, so now, I've been referred to John's, he takes it that afternoon, has me on my way by the next morning, like noon. This was right in the beginning of the COVID-19 stuff. He knew things were kinda tense, he fixed the plug, did the subsequent oil/filter change, switched my wipers, checked everything out, sent me on my way. Just over 100$ He called me about 3 hours later to tell me I've got some wear on my tires that he forgot to go over with me, pretty thoughtful guy, and he even knew I was a god damn socialist, didn't even care.
