They resculpted previously problematic drainage areas through thoughtful insulation techniques that led to improved drainage flow and removed ponding issues that were there with the previous old roof. They also did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day. They sent someone out who looked at the roof and said they couldn't go up there to inspect because the roof material (metal) wouldn't support his weight (despite the roof material being clearly stated in the report I sent them ahead of time and the previous inspector walking around up there no problem). The person they sent said neither he nor anyone else at the company received the inspection report I sent so I re-emailed it while he was here and he did a cursory inspection by walking around the house (i.e., not actually getting on the roof). He said they'd send an estimate within 5 business days. That was 13 calendar days ago, or about 8 or 9 business days ago, and I haven't heard anything since then.
