Dr. Molato removed my braces and cleaned my teeth then we did the fitting for my crown and had my temporary crown placed. And again it was a very chill 3hrs procedure watching my favorite episode on Netflix while she's working on my teeth. I asked her what she can recommend cause I don't wanna put another set of braces again or see another new dentist. Dr. Molato suggested a Bioclear procedure and explained the whole process and what to expect and even showed me a picture sample of it. I was a faithful patient but when I switched jobs about a year ago my new insurance initially provided to me was not accepted by Hall of Fame. I went on with my life with my new dentist, unsatisfied and unhappy. I knew that once I was able to switch my insurance back I was going back to Dr. Hall. The tail end of 2018 was the worst dental year for me because I had a nagging toothache that would not resolve despite two visits to my new-ish dentist. At the beginning of this year I went straight to Dr. Hall and they gave me the answers I needed. I'm very happy with the care I've received thus far (I didn't expect anything less). I'll be back in a few weeks for some follow-ups which I'm actually excited about. Hall of Fame has grown quite a bit over the last few years. It was half the size it is now when I first started going and I'm very impressed by how everything looks. All the rooms are clean, all the equipment is organized and new. The waiting area is comfy but very rarely will you sit for too long because they know how to schedule appointments appropriately. It seems Dr. Hall is always up to date with the new dental technology which is great for patients. The staff is still as wonderful as they were when I first started going here. The next morning I arrived at the scheduled time and was met by Julia at the front desk. She took my information and directed me to the waiting area where I helped myself to the Keurig machine. Moments later I was met by Jill, the Dental Assistant, who directed me to the back and performed the imaging. She took only a few minutes and then sent me on my way back to Dr. Osborn with a CD containing the images. I was only at Dr. Frank's office for a brief time but each of the staff were very friendly. Julia and Jill each greeted me with a handshake and a smile. It's apparent the doctor only hires top notch staff. The only thing I found odd about the arrangement was that Dr. Osborn told me the imaging would cost just $100, and that Dr. Frank was just across the parking lot.
