I received ZERO calls from the office even stating I had an outstanding balance what I received was a call from a collection agency attempting to collect a debt. I never had work done never even stepped foot inside the doors and this is how they do business especially to apparent first time customers. I have asked the collection agency to send me over my signature stating where I acknowledge such charges and nothing can be shared. This dentist office is garbage on customer service and just out to get $50 from a potential new patient. Weird that they would have made more $ from my insurance to reschedule an appointment than trying to get $50 for a missed appointment. I find it so odd for a dentist office to be so hard up for $50. If I was made aware and I signed/consented acknowledging this type of fee I would be more than apt to pay but no documentation has been provided where this is their policy and I was made aware. I'd say find a new dentist one that actually cares about you and your oral health than trying to make a quick buck!

I was a faithful patient but when I switched jobs about a year ago my new insurance initially provided to me was not accepted by Hall of Fame. I went on with my life with my new dentist, unsatisfied and unhappy. I knew that once I was able to switch my insurance back I was going back to Dr. Hall. The tail end of 2018 was the worst dental year for me because I had a nagging toothache that would not resolve despite two visits to my new-ish dentist. At the beginning of this year I went straight to Dr. Hall and they gave me the answers I needed. I'm very happy with the care I've received thus far (I didn't expect anything less). I'll be back in a few weeks for some follow-ups which I'm actually excited about. Hall of Fame has grown quite a bit over the last few years. It was half the size it is now when I first started going and I'm very impressed by how everything looks. All the rooms are clean, all the equipment is organized and new. The waiting area is comfy but very rarely will you sit for too long because they know how to schedule appointments appropriately. It seems Dr. Hall is always up to date with the new dental technology which is great for patients. The staff is still as wonderful as they were when I first started going here.
