Here are the TOP REASONS why I really, really love Dr. Tran: 1. She's super sweet, which is great, but she's incredibly professional as well. My appointments are always on time. They always end within the timeframe they gave me (if not earlier). When I feel like someone respects my time, I am in love. 3. Communication is great. Whether it's talking about what's happening at your appointment, or it's over email. Expect to be in the know. 4. It's PAINLESS. I recently had a crown done and it was .. the easiest thing. Today was the 2nd time Dr. Scott saved me from a world of pain…read more My old crown fell off and the tooth was piercing into my cheek which hurt for 2 whole days and I could barely eat anything at all, it was so painful I could barely sleep. I called them and they said I could come in the next morning. They fixed it in an hour with a new crown and now 12 hours later I feel 100% perfect again and I can chew on both sides which is a miracle with absolutely 0 pain, not even a tooth ache after a root canal, wow ! This is the 2nd time in a row they did this for me, the last time crowns fell out on the other side about 6 months ago and was causing huge tooth ache almost till I was tearing up and crying. They fixed that one also 100% within the next day after calling. The other dentist had suggested five(!!) cavity fillings and had also shamed me for using fluoride free toothpaste. I wanted a second opinion and started searching for holistic dentists. In the last few years I've made lifestyle changes to eat cleaner and use cleaner products, and I wanted to find a dentist who believed in the importance of holistic health and nontoxic alternatives (when possible) such as BPA-free fillings. I came across Dr. O'Rielly's website and his helpful blog posts on oral health and overall wellness. I emailed the office and Sherry and Victoria were quick to respond and very patient working with my busy schedule to give me an appointment within a week or two. I emailed them my x-rays from the other dentist and not only did they say I didn't need to take more x-rays with them, but Dr. O'Rielly looked at the x-rays prior to my appointment and they let me know that he saw only one cavity that needed to be filled right away! They scheduled me for an exam and filling on the same day which was very convenient. When I went in for my appointment, Dr. O'Rielly took his time answering my questions and didn't make me feel rushed at all. The filling was literally painless (mind you I have very sensitive teeth) and he was so skilled in the way he administered the numbing shot and also in doing the filling procedure. I love that he talked through the procedure explaining what he was doing and checked in with me constantly to make sure I was doing okay. The dental hygienist was also very sweet and friendly. Dr. O'Rielly gave me some helpful tips and tools on how to prevent cavities naturally (without the need for fluoride toothpaste). I like that he is conservative and isn't quick to do fillings or unnecessary procedures if they're not needed! The office was also very clean and relaxing, and everyone there is so kind and caring. I felt like they truly cared about my health and wellness. I 10000% recommend this dental office if you are looking for a skilled and caring holistic dentist. Thank you Dr. O'Rielly and staff!
