Fast, friendly, painless. Best dentist I have ever gone to (and I have tried a LOT). All of my family and friends go there.

I'm writing this review with immense gratitude, because my experience with Dr. Snow has been truly…read morelife-changing. Littetally! A few years ago, I had a bad fall that severely damaged my front teeth. What initially felt like a terrible accident ended up having a silver lining - it set me on a path that led me to Dr. Snow and helped uncover something serious that needed attention. After the fall, I initially went to another dentist I had seen before, but something didn't feel right. I trusted my gut, reached out to a friend, and was referred to Dr. Snow. That decision changed everything. Dr. Snow took thorough X-rays and discovered a tumor behind my front teeth :( something that had once been considered small years earlier, but had grown and now needed to be removed urgently. Hearing that was terrifying, but Dr. Snow was calm, clear, and incredibly compassionate. He explained everything and referred me to an outstanding surgeon for tumor removal, as well as an exceptional endodontist for two root canals on my front teeth. While those procedures were done by specialists, the referrals Dr. Snow provided were truly incredible - gentle, skilled, and kind. I felt supported every step of the way. It's important to know that I was incredibly terrified and likely would have put it off and I can't even imagine the damage that would've happened, but thankfully they were all so amazing. I was grateful that everyone understood I couldn't do everything at once due to financial constraints and they worked with me. After the surgery and root canals were completed, I continued seeing Dr. Snow for ongoing care. Over time, he uncovered long-standing issues that explained years of discomfort and embarrassment - including old material (cotton) left inside a crown that had caused discoloration and an unhealthy appearance for far too long. I had stopped smiling altogether. I would take selfies with my granddaughter and feel heartbroken seeing dark, unhealthy teeth and gaps instead of the smile I wanted to share with her. As a single mom, I've never been able to afford a quick or cosmetic fix. Dr. Snow has always understood that. He has never pressured me, never shamed me, and never rushed the process. Instead, he helped me move forward thoughtfully, realistically, and at a pace I could manage. Today, I received my bridge - the first true step in restoring my smile and I am genuinely emotional writing this. Being able to smile again, even knowing this is a longer journey, means more than I can put into words. I've got a good side Dr. Snow is gentle, honest, highly skilled, and has a great sense of humor - which matters so much when you're scared of the dentist. This experience restored more than my teeth; it restored trust, confidence, and the joy of smiling again. If you've had dental trauma, anxiety, or don't know where to start, I cannot recommend Dr. Snow enough. Sometimes the hardest moments lead you exactly where you need to be - and I am so grateful mine led me to him. I've got two more restorations to go, and I've never been so motivated to get there!

I've experienced zero pain at her dental office. I'm used to leaving sore at other dental offices but not once have a left in any pain or soreness. I can't say enough good things about Dr Tran and her ethics. She doesn't find unnecessary things to do to get money nor are her fees high when you have to pay 20 percent or whatever isn't covered by your insurance plan. Very honest business! I highly recommend Dr Tran!

Here are the TOP REASONS why I really, really love Dr. Tran: 1. She's super sweet, which is great, but she's incredibly professional as well. Combine these two thing together, and you have a fantastic dentist. These words coming from someone that generally hates dentists. 2. Having my teeth done here is EASY. My appointments are always on time. They always end within the timeframe they gave me (if not earlier). When I feel like someone respects my time, I am in love. 3. Communication is great. Whether it's talking about what's happening at your appointment, or it's over email. Expect to be in the know. 4. It's PAINLESS. I recently had a crown done and it was .. the easiest thing. Dr. Tran was incredibly sensitive to any pain I might be feeling but often times I was asking "Should this hurt? It doesn't". I had the easiest experience getting a crown and everything I expected to have happen (see #3) .. happened. Wow, right? 5. Follow up. After my crown Dr Tran checked in several times to make sure I was doing well. HOW NICE RIGHT? If this woman ain't touching your teeth, you're doing something wrong. I love this place. And I'll continue to try to schedule my SD flights every six months so I can get my teeth cleaned etc. THANKS DR TRAN for being awesome! PS you get to wear cool protective eyewear when you're having your teeth done. Best time to take a selfie.

I used to dread going to the dentist, but now I enjoy my visits. Perhaps most importantly, I really appreciate their approach and model for service - they do not recommend unnecessary procedures. (I have been to other offices in the past that focus on the generation of lots of revenue based on unneeded procedures.) I would highly recommend Elevated Smiles to others that are looking for a dentist.

How a business can decline so rapidly is beyond me…read more (Last week in August, 2022) A crown that they had put on had broken from something I bit into. I called and they fit me in to fix it. When he was replacing the broken crown, he told me that the tooth next to it is damaged as well but they don't have enough time to fix it. I told them that I was going on a cruise for my birthday and that I'll be back when I return. So he informed me that as they've gotten busy, it's best to make an appointment. I made an appointment for when I got back. Upon my return, I wasn't feeling well and tested positive for Covid. I called them to cancel my appointment and informed that I'll call back as soon as I test negative and feel better. (Mid September 2022) Couple of weeks later, I call to make an appointment for the other tooth. The receptionist tells me that I need to come in to get checked prior to them doing anything to my tooth. As I explain that I was just there and I am calling to follow up on a particular tooth that the dentist wanted to fix. She giggles as if I'm telling her a joke and repeats that they won't work on me until I come in for an initial check up. I was completely baffled at the lack of professionalism, memory and respect for a long time patient. I was so agitated that I asked for the dentist to talk to me as I'm thinking he'll remember and be more professional. Receptionist (still giggling) says he's busy and will call me back. About 30 minutes later, he calls. Like a broken record, he repeated everything the receptionist said while I hear the receptionist giggling in the background. It was so unprofessional and quite frankly I felt completely betrayed. I initially began coming to this practice because of Tina Saw (dentist) as I felt we bonded and I liked her work and personality. But since 2020, it's been the husband. Although I preferred Tina, I kept getting him and got used to him out of necessity. The difficulty I had post Covid was the changing staff who no longer knew or recognized long time patients, the revolving receptionists who don't hear what you're saying and the severity of the decline in professionalism. I felt so betrayed that there's no way I could return. After being a long time patient, they were trying to squeeze in an extra visit to bill my insurance for an issue that they already pointed out and told me needed fixing. Few months later, I got a text to call to make an appointment which I ignored. The final nail in the coffin was when the same receptionist called me couple of weeks ago (before the end of the year for billing issues) to let me know I need to come in to get the other tooth fixed. I tell her that I'll NEVER GO BACK to that practice. She started laughing as if I told her a joke. Then says bye. Even if they change the receptionist, I wouldn't return for dental care. They squeeze in more check up visits even when the issues have been recognized and an appointment is made. This nickel and dime attitude is horrible! It's hard enough to find time for cleaning, follow ups, check ups and treatment without these additional useless check ups when we already pointed out what the issue is. I basically got punished for canceling post cruise when I had Covid. This type of pettiness is unfortunate and so unprofessional for a dental office. As going to a dentist is stressful enough, I rather go where they know how to treat a client with respect and kindness. Too many options in the area to stay with Elevated Smiles. I, my husband, my friends and nephew will never go back.
