Here are the TOP REASONS why I really, really love Dr. Tran: 1. She's super sweet, which is great, but she's incredibly professional as well. My appointments are always on time. They always end within the timeframe they gave me (if not earlier). When I feel like someone respects my time, I am in love. 3. Communication is great. Whether it's talking about what's happening at your appointment, or it's over email. Expect to be in the know. 4. It's PAINLESS. I recently had a crown done and it was .. the easiest thing. Dr. Tran was incredibly sensitive to any pain I might be feeling but often times I was asking "Should this hurt? It doesn't". Some places claim they're holistic, but don't have the full training and still recommend things not holistic. I had a situation that could have been prevented by seeing Dr Vane. I had an amalgam filling switched to a composite filling in 2017. It hurt me ever since. They weren't able to remedy the issue and a crown was recommended. The crown didn't solve the issue so then a root canal was recommended. I had not 1, but 3 different times where a dentist negligently worked on me causing me pain and thousands of dollars. In the long run, had I seen Dr vane, she could have corrected the original problem (the filling) and I never would have needed a root canal. Which if you haven't watched The Root Cause, I recommend looking it up on YouTube. Long story short, I had to get my root canal tooth extracted as the endodontist perforated my root. Now I need a $5k implant for my missing tooth. Dr Vane is so great at connecting all the dots to what could be going on our health and how it's connected to our mouth. She also found a nasal polyp which I never knew I had and was good info in trying to solve why I get sinus headaches. Check her out!

I had XRays and CT scan from my endodontist just days prior which they refused to use, once I arrived at their office. I made them aware that I have a pre-existing medical condition that makes x-rays a medical concern. They manipulated me into getting the full "18" X-rays or waist a week long wait and 40 minute drive to their office. After the visit, they told me I had to sign and commit to doing 2 pages of extra work right then and there... including $7500 for Invisalign! I told them I needed to review the paperwork before I committed to anything extra. They were aware that I needed a rush job on my cap because my temporary and that was the reason why I was in their office. Two days later, (today) I called to confirm they had sent off the approval for my cap. Office manager Nova said they had not sent my cap off for approval, that I had to approve all of the xtra work at the same time! I said what?! There's no way. She said, that's insurance company policies. I said, that's bullshit... (There's no way I have to commit to doing all that work to get my cap!) Then "Nova" plays "victim" after I said it was "BS" that my insurance equires I have all the work done, in order to get my cap. When I refused to approve the other treatments and insisted that she only get approval for my cap, she said she will send my x-rays to me and I can find another office. I called my insurance and they stated to me, her assertion is not true. The office of Richard J. Gill, DDS pressured me into have extra work done and withheld an emergency treatment to blackmail and leverage me into accepting thousands of dollars including $7500 for Invisalign. I believe Richard J. Gill, DDS is running an insurance scam. Dentists like this, running a bullying blackmail scheme, increases costs for all Californians. I will be filing a complaint with The California Dental Board and speaking with an attorney about Breach of contract and medical malpractice.
