After all that, the crown came off in less than two years. When I came in hoping they would simply stand behind their work, I was shocked that instead of addressing the problem, they tried to charge me a fee just to reattach the crown. After spending thousands of dollars at this office, they refused to offer even the smallest courtesy to fix a crown that clearly should have lasted much longer. This isn't about the money--it's about professionalism and accountability. A reputable dental office should stand behind their work and care about patient relationships. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I now have a different dentist and am relieved to no longer be a patient at this office. Based on how this was handled, I will be pursuing the matter further, including through legal channels if necessary. Patients deserve better care, transparency, and accountability than what I experienced here.

I deliberately didn't tell him what Dr. Chin had diagnosed so he could perform an unbiased evaluation. Dr. Snow's finding? Zero leakage. All I actually needed was a standard filling. When I told him what she recommended, he said emphatically, "not needed." I hate writing negative reviews, but patients should be aware of excessive treatment recommendations and inflated billing at this office. Get a second opinion before committing to major work here. Dr. Snow is around the corner. He is a surgeon too, so he doesn't need to rack up care and overcharge because his practice has many facets to it. His staff is amazing.
