Dr. Golden and her team make going to the orthodontist a fun experience (versus a scary one). I started my journey about a year ago with an Invisalign consultation. The staff was extremely friendly, outlined the estimated costs, payment plans, and the general process. Based on the estimate and the customer service, I knew this would be my place. I'm currently at my last few months of wearing Invisalign and I'm very satisfied with the correction of my teeth! They make me feel like a kid again, because this is such a happy place. I've seen a wide age range of people serviced by them - kids afraid of doctors to adults..also afraid of doctors (like myself). Also, as a new patient, you receive some swag as a token of their appreciation for you choosing them! Parking: designated parking lot with ample spaces. Ambience: neat, organized set up. There's a waiting area, several chairs for services, consultation runs, and an imaging room. Fun music (usually 90s) also plays on the overhead. Service: exceptional!! Always a friendly face. Alway first name greetings. They are extremely personable. They also seem to work well with each other and enjoy their jobs. Quality: Great quality of Invisalign services! After your imagining takes place, they send to a third party vendor who designs your trays. When your trays arrive, Dr. Golden's team ensures the order looks correct, fits them on your teeth, and assesses how long you should wear each tray. They will only give a few trays worth at a time. At Follow up appointments, you'll receive additional trays and instructions as needed. Covid precautions: - currently, you are required to take a pre-appointment survey (outlining your symptoms and recent travel). - upon arrival for your appointment, you text/call their team, and they'll let you know when it's okay to come inside. - upon entry into the building, you will have your temp taken and sanitize your hands. You will also rinse your mouth with an oral rinse (which is similar to pre covid). Price: absolutely reasonable. Don't like the cheaper prices with some Invisalign companies mislead you- look at the full package (followup, extension of treatment plan, etc). Also: it's conveniently located - near the interstate, near food places, and near other businesses that may be of interest. Highly, highly recommend!

The replacement implant was way better than the original that I had done at another dentist. I can't even tell it's there anymore. There has been no sensitivity with any of my fillings. The procedures are a breeze. The hygienist is actually great with administering anesthetics. And the cleanings are performed in a relaxed manner. The front desk staff knows how to take care of business and is happy to do so. This group is better at every phase of the game. By comparison, I would give previous dentists that I've had a two- or three-star rating. I feel great when I leave this office.

My daughter had a more complex orthodontic case, and I always felt confident that she was in the right hands. Dr. Sage carefully monitored her growth and adjusted the treatment plan as needed instead of rushing into unnecessary procedures. One of our biggest concerns was that a few teeth might require surgical intervention. Thanks to Dr. Sage's thoughtful approach, she was able to create enough space with early orthodontic treatment and Phase 1 braces, setting my daughter up for a very successful Phase 2. We were so relieved with the outcome. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Sage was patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything in a way that my husband and I could easily understand. My daughter tends to be anxious, but she completely trusted Dr. Sage and always felt comfortable at her appointments. Even after Phase 1 treatment was complete, Dr. Sage continued to monitor my daughter's growth and stayed in touch until it was the right time to begin Phase 2 braces. That level of personalized care meant so much to our family. If you're looking for an orthodontist in Hilliard who truly cares about each patient and takes a thoughtful, individualized approach to treatment, I highly recommend Sage Family Orthodontics.

The infection was severe, but she handled it with the kind of precision, patience, and compassion you rarely see anymore. She and her assistant worked in perfect sync--gentle, steady, and so kind. Every so often, one of them would softly touch my shoulder just to check that I was okay. That simple human care meant everything when I was in pain and terrified. And it didn't stop there. I received follow-up calls from both the office staff and Dr. Katya herself over the next two days to make sure I was healing well. That kind of follow-through is unheard of. Denison Dental Care is extraordinary, and Dr. Katya is an angel in scrubs. I will recommend this office to every single friend, colleague, and anyone who needs a dentist who is truly exceptional.
