My husband proceeded with the promise that he would only be working at the Gahanna office. My husband drives a truck so everything is scheduled, time and distance are of the essence. As soon as they got their payment and did the first couple of appointments the dentist left of some bs happened and my husband's appointments were shifted to Grove freakin city! Are you kidding me?????? Way too far from our home. Horribly inconvenient but my husband pushed through. They removed my husband's braces. They never put a permanent retainer on his top teeth. My orthodontist whose office is in Bexley says that's a no no for someone who had as much correction as my husband. Welp no top retainer. They put on a bottom retainer. My husband's bottom row of teeth is beginning to fold inward. I'm not even sure how this would happen. They are shaping up to be worse than before. Needless to say he will have to once again get braces. Maybe this time he'll listen and use a private practice versus ​​a chain location.

I took my mom and dad to their clinic today. They are on visiting visa and currently uninsured. A month or so later when I hadn't received the reimbursement I called them and they said to just wait. After another 3 months I called again and was told they would check. Then I got a message that the insurance had paid them and it was "posted to my account". If I wanted the money I could "call Michelle". SERIOUSLY??? They were not even going to notify me they had my $400, much less send me a check. Thankfully $400 is enough to me that I didn't forget about it. The cleaning was fine and the dentist seemed fine although everything was an upsell. I found another dentist. Hope I can ultimately get my money back.

I started off absolutely loving Linworth Family Dental. I truly enjoyed my visits and cleanings in the beginning. The staff seemed close knit and their website appeared to bolster that sense of closeness. But after a couple of years, I noticed my favorite hygienists suddenly no longer working there. It started off with one or two staff, but then it felt like at the next appointment, I didn't recognize any of the hygienists. I understand that people move, change jobs, etc, but I was a little concerned. Another reason for my low rating is that with each passing appointment, more and more advertisements for beauty procedures (like Botox) were put on the walls. I've seen plenty of offices with pamphlets, which I understand, but it got to the point where they had a huge retractable banner in the lobby and pictures of clients (which happened to be staff) taped to the walls of every single exam room. It felt more like a cosmetic spa than a dentist office. An additional reason is that the cleaning during my last visit was very sloppy and rushed. The hygienist was a young girl who kept telling me about how stressed she was for losing the key fob to her dad's Mercedes Benz. She kept stopping to tell me the story instead of focusing on the cleaning. When it came time to put fluoride on my teeth, she globbed so much on that even my fiancé told me he'd never seen so much caked on someone's teeth (and lips) before. And the worst part? I was due to have my gums measured, which she told me at the beginning of my appointment, but she forgot to do it. I was so frustrated by the end that I didn't even bother to press. I just wanted to go. It was also at this appointment that I found out the dentist I had been seeing had left the practice. My last reason for why I won't be returning is because of the receptionists. My fiancé accompanied me to my last appointment and waited in the lobby while I had my cleaning. As we exited the building, he said he could hear the receptionists behind the front desk speaking poorly about a patient. He said it was uncomfortable sitting in the lobby hearing it all.
