Dr. Price and his assistant were very thorough in taking pictures, examining, and explaining where our teeth were out of alignment and gave us realistic expectations for how long it would take and what limitations we might each face. What I'm also excited about is the thought that by getting my teeth in better alignment that the weak sensitive spot along my gum line will have less pressure and could feel better. They provided a very detailed plan with really more information than I actually needed. Costs were clearly articulated, itemized and they were very flexible on payment plans and working with Insurance. I spoke with multiple co-workers with kids with braces and almost exactly the same price. Now, to be fair, her case is very basic, no extractions or palate expanders and such. I am giving 4 stars now. Will review when the treatment is complete. The staff is friendly and accommodating. And of course it is money making organization, would be naive to think otherwise.

Once the split happened between orthodontists there is no doctor to cover the others vacations, so the office is often closed for a week at a time. On top of this the replacement retainers were only about $68 and then without telling me or making any kind of email announcement they raised the price of a replacement to $200+ ...I did not know the price had changed until my account was charged. All of the money, pain, and energy I have spent just to get rid of a small gap in my teeth has not been at all worth it.
