At no point did I feel like Dr. Zody was pressuring us into unnecessary procedures or selling us on services that weren't needed. As a matter of a fact, he coached my son into wiggling out two of his own teeth so that he could avoid having them pulled (saving me a ton of money)! The staff is always very friendly and professional and the office is very clean. I also love the fact that the office is never running behind and all of my son's appointments have started right on time.

Every time I went in they worked hard to make me feel comfortable and among friends. Procedures and costs were all thoroughly explained by Dr. Zody himself. He was in the office every time I was. They all went above and beyond to accommodate any questions or concerns I had. I felt very comfortable trusting the orthodontist to make the decision that would be most beneficial and affordable to me. Treatment was quick and smooth. Highly recommended for children and adults.

I'm extremely disappointed with the experience we had at this orthodontist. My daughter had just…read moregotten her braces on and was already dealing with the normal discomfort, but it turned out there was actually a wire left sticking out that was poking her and causing unnecessary pain. It was clearly something that should have been caught before we left the office. Today, I tried to get it fixed as soon as possible. I called multiple times with no answer, and there was no clear information anywhere indicating they were closed. After getting no response, I even drove all the way there, only to find out the office was closed without any notice. It's frustrating and concerning that there was no communication about their closure, especially when patients may be dealing with urgent issues like this. Leaving a patient, especially a child in pain because of something preventable, and then being completely unreachable, is unacceptable. I expected much better care and communication. All in all the place is great. This first time I have had any issue!

Young and ready to take care of any of your dental needs with "NO PRESSURE" what so ever!! Went in for a cleaning luckily everything looked good!! Asked me if I had any concerns if I didn't he would see me at my next cleaning. If I had any concerns later to give him a call anytime. Dr Cook along with his staff are so laid back and very personable and make you feel very comfortable. You feel like you're in good hands. Each person who addressed my son did so with courtesy and respect. I think it says a lot about a person the way they speak to children! Dr Greg explained his recommended treatment (which was exactly what my dentist recommended) and detailed the plans for the future very clearly-with pictures of my sons mouth and visual tools!
