Also, I have a broken upper back molar (which has stabilized and gives me zero problems whatsoever). The doctor wants to put a crown or a cap on it. My previous dentist (not in this city unfortunately) told me as long as the tooth was stable he could see no reason to mess with it. I'm not due for another cleaning for 6 months; during that time I will be looking for a new dentist and (hopefully) a better tech.

The next thing you will notice is the friendly greeting you will receive. Each time I go to Fishinger Dental I am greeted by people who are upbeat and seem genuinely happy in their work. To me, that's a very "telling sign" of a well run office. Something I really appreciate. The next thing I always notice is the concern for my comfort, whether its for a routine cleaning or a more complex dental procedure. I have great confidence in all the staff members, be it a Dental Hygienist or either of the two Dentists. There are many options in Central Ohio as to where one might go to receive good dental care. Fishinger Dental appears to me to be one that is outstanding. I have never had an inclination to go elsewhere. At no point did I feel like Dr. Zody was pressuring us into unnecessary procedures or selling us on services that weren't needed. As a matter of a fact, he coached my son into wiggling out two of his own teeth so that he could avoid having them pulled (saving me a ton of money)! The staff is always very friendly and professional and the office is very clean. I also love the fact that the office is never running behind and all of my son's appointments have started right on time.

It was clearly something that should have been caught before we left the office. Today, I tried to get it fixed as soon as possible. I called multiple times with no answer, and there was no clear information anywhere indicating they were closed. After getting no response, I even drove all the way there, only to find out the office was closed without any notice. It's frustrating and concerning that there was no communication about their closure, especially when patients may be dealing with urgent issues like this. Leaving a patient, especially a child in pain because of something preventable, and then being completely unreachable, is unacceptable. I expected much better care and communication. All in all the place is great. This first time I have had any issue!

Young and ready to take care of any of your dental needs with "NO PRESSURE" what so ever!! Went in for a cleaning luckily everything looked good!! Each person who addressed my son did so with courtesy and respect. I think it says a lot about a person the way they speak to children! When my teeth shifted back i went to the same ortho to get it fixed and they quoted me another couple thousand to fix my teeth that had shifted back after the retainer they put on me broke. They told me i would need braces AGAIN, so i left and never went back. It's just a waste of time money and supplies.
