It was clearly something that should have been caught before we left the office. Today, I tried to get it fixed as soon as possible. I called multiple times with no answer, and there was no clear information anywhere indicating they were closed. After getting no response, I even drove all the way there, only to find out the office was closed without any notice. It's frustrating and concerning that there was no communication about their closure, especially when patients may be dealing with urgent issues like this. Leaving a patient, especially a child in pain because of something preventable, and then being completely unreachable, is unacceptable. I expected much better care and communication.
