5 STARS and well deserved!…read more From the moment I walked into Brickell Dental Care, I knew I was in for a nice experience. The office is centrally located, modern design, clean waiting area with water bottles provided, and the latest dental technology - that's a win. The entire teeth cleaning process was hassle-free and easy. I've been to many dental offices before, and I can confidently say this was among the quickest yet most thorough appointments I've had and everyone is so nice. A huge shoutout to Amanda and Shaira who were incredibly accommodating. Not only were they welcoming with a smile as soon as I walked in, but they also took the time to provide me with vital information about my dental health insurance needs, ensuring I left more knowledgeable than when I came in. The entire staff seems to operate as a tight-knit unit, making me feel more than just another appointment and more like a valued guest. Brickell Dental Care staff show professionalism and genuine care, and that's why they've gained a new loyal patient! I highly recommend anyone in search of dental care to visit their office to get great service with a smile. See you soon, Brickell Dental Care!

I agreed on the spot to one x-ray because an issue had been detected. Cons: * no sink to spit. I didn't need to, but if you have some more involved dental work, with blood coming out, I'm not sure what you're supposed to do. Other reviewers complained about this too.

I'm a repeat customer. Scheduled my appointment for 4-5 months after my last cleaning and 3 months…read morean emergency fix early January. I was happy with the service at that point. At that point, I thought I confirmed the appointment twice. However, today when I arrived, the receptionist told me my appointment was cancelled my appointment without warning, quoting that I didn't respond to her by 3:42PM and as so she went ahead and cancelled it. No where in the prior messages did it say the appointment was at risk to be cancelled if I did not reply to the text message. Nor was this the case at the beginning of the year or during the last cleaning. I drove 20 minutes each way and took PTO attend. What's worse is when I tried to highlight the above point as constructive feedback, the representative did not want to read her messages and admit to the failure in communicating the risk of cancelling the appointment if I don't respond to the text message. I've had a least 100 doctor appointments over the last 5 years. I usually schedule them months if not a year in advance. Not a single doctor has ever canceled because I never responded to a text message. As I was trying to explain that there is no indication in her communications that there was a risk of cancellation until after she cancelled the appointment, the receptionist then continued to interrupt me continuously. I couldn't complete a full sentence without being interrupted. Not only the behavior of this individual was unprofessional and quite frankly, unacceptable, I'm more concerned about arbitrary policy that she referred to as started in 2026 where they will cancel appointments if you don't confirm. This shows that this was not an isolated incident, but rather a poorly communicated and executed policy that reflect poorly on the owners. When I asked to talk to the doctor/owner, I was told the doctor left for the day. This is concerning because had the appointment went ahead as planned, I would have to come back another day for the second half of the appointment. Outside of the obvious scheduling policy issue above, not having a doctor/dentist for an appointment defeats the purpose of the dental appointment altogether. At the end of the day, I'm not happy with the outcome here with this office. At the current moment, I don't know who I can't trust at this ultra smile brand. Is it the receptionist, the owner or the brand that I need to attribute this new found loss of trust. If you are a working professional, you may want to consider other professional options.

I even showed photos of the exact smile/model from their own page and had a long discussion with the dentist prior. Unfortunately, the treatment received was absolutely NOT what I asked for, and I am extremely unhappy with the result. To be honest looking in the mirror after it was done i did not even want to smile. When I asked for a resolution, the finance manager, sales person, and owner promised they would do anything to make me happy with my smile. Instead, they eventually started IGNORING my emails and messages. I have ALL documentation and proof of my attempts to resolve this. This has completely ruined what should have been one of the happiest times in my life. I now have to spend additional money elsewhere to correct my smile, and my wedding plans have been postponed because of this. What I found absolutely unbelievable was being told at the end by the finance manager that they already knew I would leave a bad review and to go ahead. So here it is :) I trusted this practice, and I DEEPLY regret it.

About 8 years ago I went to a recommended dentist in NY on Park Ave. Fancy place, had a filling that lead to root canal few months later and completely traumatized me. So after that traumatic experience I decided not to get a crown on that tooth. Mind it's the last back tooth that I chew with on the right side. So forward 8 years. Surprised it lasted this long as I chew gum sometimes.... I felt like something cracked but couldn't put my finger on it. Looked in the mirror and saw that back part of that tooth broke off. OMG, no insurance and as more days passed I started to feel pain there. At that point I didn't even know if tooth can be saved but the fear of putting the crown there took over because I have super sensitive gums. I remembered reading a few years ago that there are new type of crowns where they can be made the same day. So I started doing research on Google and found out that the name of it is CERIC crown. So here I am doing research on the price and every where I call it's super expensive. I came across this dental office website offering the crown for $1k and I couldn't believe it. Made an appoint, which they where super flexible. Took X-ray of the tooth before and after. The Dr. heard me loud and clear about my sensitive gums. Let me tell you. Once he was done, it was like my own original tooth was there. It didn't feel off, other then a bit of sensitivity on my gums for one day. I didn't even need time to adjust to it. If you need a crown and an honest dentist, this is your guy. The place is clean and operates very efficiently. And they didn't charge me extra for the X-rays on the tooth as most dentists would. He is honest and very gifted with his work. Thank you so much and I'll be back soon to fix a cavity the the Dr. mentioned. :) He is my new dentist that's for sure.
