I finally booked appointment and am so thankful you guys moved into the neighborhood because I found my dentist office forever. This office is immaculate clean. Isabel took X-rays and 3-D photos of my mouth. This is always my least favorite part of going to dentist. The way she used new sterilized equipment and took great care at not contaminating her gloves was very much appreciated. It's the first time I haven't gotten nauseous when getting X-rays. Dr Chloe was great! She definitely knows her practice. She is professional and explains findings on exam well, she gave me options to fix my issues and improve my dental health in the future. I trust her completely and in no way felt pressured like my past dentists. Chelsea did my cleaning. This was the easiest and least painful cleaning of my my many years on this earth. She is amazing and a huge asset to this office. I have never booked my 6 month future cleaning day of cleaning, but I did with her. Thank you all so much If I could give higher than 5 stars, I woud

The entire team -- Dr. Gaertner, Dr. Ilon, and the staff -- are consistently professional, warm, and absolutely meticulous in their care. The office is immaculately clean, always spotless and organized, which makes every visit comfortable and reassuring. The service here is truly world-class -- friendly, patient, and personal every single time. Today, though, Dr. Gaertner went above and beyond. I came in frustrated, looking for a solution in my care, and he took the time to really listen, reassure me, and thoughtfully address my concerns. His patience, kindness, and attention to detail completely exceeded my expectations. From quality to efficiency, everything about this office runs seamlessly. I'm always seen promptly, treated with genuine care, and leave feeling confident about my dental health. The value speaks for itself -- years of consistent, exceptional service. If I could give this place six stars for service, I absolutely would. Simply excellent. Thank you, Dr. Gaertner and team!

The office is centrally located, modern design, clean waiting area with water bottles provided, and the latest dental technology - that's a win. The entire teeth cleaning process was hassle-free and easy. I've been to many dental offices before, and I can confidently say this was among the quickest yet most thorough appointments I've had and everyone is so nice. A huge shoutout to Amanda and Shaira who were incredibly accommodating. Not only were they welcoming with a smile as soon as I walked in, but they also took the time to provide me with vital information about my dental health insurance needs, ensuring I left more knowledgeable than when I came in. The entire staff seems to operate as a tight-knit unit, making me feel more than just another appointment and more like a valued guest. Brickell Dental Care staff show professionalism and genuine care, and that's why they've gained a new loyal patient! I highly recommend anyone in search of dental care to visit their office to get great service with a smile. See you soon, Brickell Dental Care!

This was honestly the worst dental experience I have ever had. I booked what I was told would be a…read moredental exam that included X-rays and a cleaning. The price was very inexpensive, which I was initially excited about, but I really regret not spending more and going somewhere else from the beginning. They started with the hygienist, who did the cleaning and X-rays. The cleaning itself was fine. What shocked me was the "exam." The dentist did not even perform a comprehensive visual examination of my teeth. My gums were never checked at all. The dentist basically asked whether I was having any pain or sensitivity. When I mentioned sensitivity in one particular tooth, she looked at that tooth and told me that a filling was chipping or had an issue, except that tooth has never even had a filling in the area where I was experiencing sensitivity. A treatment plan I was later provided said a different tooth needed a filling in 3 different areas. That was essentially it. My gums weren't thoroughly evaluated. They were not evaluated whatsoever actually. Other dentists probe the gums to check for recession or problems but that was never done here. My teeth weren't individually examined in any meaningful way, and I walked out not even knowing whether I have cavities or the status of the health of my mouth. I have never left a dental exam feeling so confused about the actual condition of my teeth and gums . When I later called because I was unhappy with the exam, they offered to schedule me with a different dentist at another one of their locations, which would have required me to drive approximately 45 minutes. I had actually been here a couple of years ago and remember the experience being somewhat better. I only returned because they sent me a reminder around the same time I happened to need a cleaning. This visit felt extremely rushed and impersonal, almost like an assembly line. Strangely, I felt like the hygienist was evaluating and discussing my teeth more than the dentist was. I now have to make an appointment with an entirely different dental practice and pay again for a comprehensive examination just to find out what's actually going on with my teeth. So the roughly $200 I spent here feels completely wasted, and choosing the cheaper option is ultimately going to cost me considerably more. If you're on a very tight budget and simply need a basic cleaning, this may be an option. But if you're looking for a genuinely thorough dental examination and want to leave understanding the health of your teeth and gums, I absolutely would not recommend this office. I deeply regret not going somewhere else in the first place.

I tried making an appointment with this Dentist Office as I saw the reviews were great, however I…read morethink these reviews or at least half are a sham. Prior to making the appointment, Jinelle - not sure if she's an assistant - advised me that I had to change my insurance primary doctor's name to this office so that I can have an appointment there. I followed her instructions, but it was going to take one month to apply (mind you, I needed this appointment sooner than later as I was paranoid about something with my teeth. Finally, one month later I asked Jinelle to help me schedule an appointment where she then told me that they do not take my insurance AT ALL. This came as a shock to me because I would think she would've done me the courtesy to let me know this ONE MONTH PRIOR, during our first initial contact. Supposedly it took affect this month, but I'm sure they knew beforehand this would be the case and were ever so CARELESS to say anything. Unfortunately, I've learned there's not a lot of courtesy or empathy with patients or potential ones from doctors or nurses these days. Which is unfortunate because it's the one main career path that should have it! But I guess all of you are the same, no matter how many good reviews you have. it's a true SHAME. Now, I have to wait another month to change my primary dentist to another dentist before I can finally check my teeth. Added two screenshots from my conversation with Jinelle to show you what lack of empathy is.... Also, let people make appointments via email... it's 2020 after all. (my insurance is METLIFE, in case you have it.. I'll spare you the time and inconsideracy) --- To the response below... it was only after I said I'd write a review on my experience with the office was when I finally got a considerate response to the initial cold/short responses I was getting seeing as they left me waiting an entire month to book an appointment only to let me know that all of a sudden they don't have my insurance and all the wait was for nothing. It was only after I said I was planning to write a review is when they seemed to care about the situation and offered to see me. I have really high values, I don't like giving bad reviews unless I honestly really think there's something wrong morally or there might be something a business can learn for future/potential clients. I did not have an in office visit, but I'm glad I didn't make this my dentist office seeing as how cold and unresponsive I was treated. My initial dentist that does not take my new insurance offered to see me either way without me even having to ask, seeing as how they knew I needed an appointment and they wanted to help as much as they can!! I didn't have to be assertive, I didn't have to ask, I didn't have to say anything about reviews.... they simply offered their services and tried to help me either way. I obviously wanted to find an alternative dentist that did take My insurance which is why I had to look elsewhere. But you should offer solutions to patients or be more caring when there is no solution - ESPECIALLY when they are following the instructions YOU initially gave them in the first place as per the writing above. Just a thought!
