He refused to perform the cleaning I was there for, he bragged he was the one with decision power, and laughed literally when I said that I should be the one deciding if I want a service performed. I have no idea why Delta Dental keeps this office in its list. This office is a joke. Dr. Jacobs may be the owner, but he is not running the show.

He called us that evening to see how the patient was fairing and again in the morning. My daughter had a wonderful rapport with him and I cannot recommend him enough!
