I first walked into the building and the elevator was broken. I had to walk up the stairs which wasn't a huge deal. I arrived into the office and the receptionist was screaming at someone on the phone. Ok, now there are 2 bad signs I left my name and was given a new patient chart to fill out. When I handed it back I asked how long till I was going to be seen. I took off work for a few hours since this place was on my insurance plan and next to my office. The lady just told me sit you are next, except I had now been waiting 40 minutes and was getting a be anxious. Finally after 55 minutes I was told to sit and then no one came in for another 20. The dentist opened my mouth and told me the thousands upon thousands of dollars I needed done. ( Do not worry she told me) your insurance will cover all except the co-pay. I didn't even think I needed 1/4 of the work she stated and honestly it seemed as if she was running a business scam not a dental office. I told her thanks, but no thanks I will be happy to take my business to someone not trying to commit insurance fraud ! read more
