It's noted on the menu that is must be served medium rare, no exceptions - that's my preferred temperature anyway, so it was perfect for me. It was indeed juicy and tender. I have always made a point to leave a tip because I wanted to support the employees who work hard. However, I recently learned information that has been very disappointing. It appears that the tips left in the tip jar may not be going to the employees as customers would reasonably expect. It is extremely concerning and unfair to the hardworking staff. I also hope that every employee is treated fairly and with respect, regardless of their background or language. Businesses should create a workplace where employees are valued, not taken advantage of. As much as I've enjoyed the food over the years, I can no longer support this establishment until there is more transparency about how employee tips are handled. I hope management addresses these concerns and makes any necessary changes.

It says sweetened tea not sweet tea. The other is the parking lot is tiny and needs some repairs and better markings.
