I can't tell you how disappointed I am about my burger tonight. Remember, this is about a $10 burger. We have been at Harrahs four nights. We ate here the first night and the last. Both times they didn't get my burger right. We had the same woman taking our order each time, and even though she got it right, the burger makers couldn't. My request was easy ... raw onion, tomato, no pickles. The crunchy raw onion does it for me. Both times I ordered it, but didn't get it. Tonight no onion and five pickles. The tomato slices are lame! Tiny, end pieces. Really? We had smash fries on FRI night and smash Tots tonight. Both times the grease dripping through the container was so gross!! It sogged out our bag so much it almost ripped at the bottom. Ewww. And the person cooking the patties needs to watch it on the seasoning. Mine was a salt lick tonight. read more

Over priced and the food is gross! McDonald's has way better food. We came here because we were tired and didn't want to travel. read more

Yummy food, helpful staff, and very convenient. Opens until 6am and reopens at 11am. Great as we got in town late 1am. Employees still super friendly even into the late hours. Food was made to order. All was delicious and up to par with other Smashburgers we have eaten in the past. Burgers, fries, sweet potato fries, chicken strips. Will have the milkshake today and with my meal. read more

Beatrice took my order and she was on top of it! Gave me my order without me even repeating my number. Phil the general manager came out to check on things and he was awesome, very friendly and overall a good guy! I def recommend read more

Menu was reduced to nothing. May as well go spend $$ at IN & OUT....someone should be fired or contract removed and McDonalds brought back. Reason SmashBurger was always busy was not for the taste but because of the menu and somewhat healthy options. The problem was not enough employees... they would not have been overwhelmed had they hired and paid them appropriately. Give up your license and your contract. Bring someone in that actually wants to be here for the guests read more

Let's be honest: Nobody comes to Laughlin expecting it to be classy. To that end, Harrah's (generally) and Smashburger (specifically) do not disappoint. Two burgers, two fries, and two bottles of water = $36, okay, that's par for the course at a casino. And everything tasted decent. But at Smashburger your order is tossed at you in a paper bag (no tray). You must ask for napkins (there's no dispenser). You must ask for ketchup (ditto) and they give you four little packets. Wow, generous- not. Utensils? Ha ha, you're so funny. Now, plan to sit in a sticky, greasy mess- or clean your own table. Even for fast food, this place is ghetto. (WWF on TV.) And then there's the ambient noise. Some of the shrieking you hear is from the parade of half-dressed Botoxed mommies, mullet-headed beer-belly daddies, and hyper kids - all in wet bathing suits dragging pool toys and beer coolers, exiting the pool down the hall. Other shrieking comes from the Smashburger cash register gal berating the cook for the orders he's screwed up. Seriously, I thought the food court at Circus Circus in Vegas was trashy- but Smashburger at Harrsh's in Laughlin takes it to a new, much lower level. Put on your wifebeater T-shirt (guys) and your crotch-hugging Daisy Dukes (gals) and come join the fun! read more

Came to this establishment and our wait was at least 30 minutes no problem but when we got our food everything was cold the chicken tenders were too hard and the tater tots were fried extremely hard. I took it back to get a fresh order but when we got it back they were both dropped back in the grease to heat them back up and they were harder then than before and very greasy. The food was awful to say the least... read more

11am just in line trying to get food and the manager is kicking people out for outside food with kids.... and just overall rude rather lose customers then to earn money and just didn't really care. Company should really consider reviewing management. read more

If I could a 0 the "manger" with no business card LISA M. Has no type of customer service, rude and no way of speaking to people. Kicked us out with two toddlers under 5 because of some outside yogurt! But before us a lady for cup of noodles, crazy. This place rather loose customers than get business. Sad read more

I love coming to Smashburger whenever I am in Laughlin. They have the best cookies n cream shake and their chicken tenders are wonderful. I also like their smashtots but they are a bit oily. So if you don't like the oil, don't get them. They are tasty though. lol read more

Wow! I'm highly impressed by this burger joint! As hungover as I was and sick to my stomach, this being my first meal of the day hit the spot. Very well executed burgers, cooked to perfection with delicious bun. I wasn't a big fan of the fries, a little too much rosemary and thyme for my liking otherwise everything was very good. I will definitely be eating here again when I return to Laughlin! read more

Smashburger - Bacon burger - Burgers Near Me - Laughlin, Nevada

We were staying at Harrah's and didn't have many late dinner options... Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this Smashburger location. The tables, chairs, soda area, etc. were very dirty. Service was extremely slow even though there were few customers. Employees did a lot of standing around - appeared to be terribly managed. The topper was that my husband became severely sick after eating his burger. Just. Stay. Away. read more

Arrived at Harrahs later in the evening on Thursday, October 18th around 7:30pm and wanted to grab a bite to eat. For quick options at Harrahs, there's Smash Burger, Pin Up Pizza, Cinnabon and Red Mango. We figured Smash Burger would be the freshest option since the pizza looked like it had been sitting there awhile. We ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers, one was a meal with tators and a drink and then a chocolate milkshake. Our total came to around $27. A gentleman brought out the milkshake quickly and it was okay. Good consistency, but not very chocolatey. The Pepsi was kind of watery too. Our burgers came out and weren't that appealing. Especially for the price we paid. We had kept our expectations low, and even though we didn't expect much, we were still kind of disappointed. The patties were seasoned okay, bun was alright, bacon was small and was just kind of "meh"... It also had pickles and onions on the burger. The tators were the only thing that were pretty good. Overall...we ate overpriced burgers, tators and drinks. But that's what you get at a hotel burger joint. Would we go back? Probably not unless we had to. As a side note: we went to In and Out burger tonight (it's a must have whenever we're in the US), had 2 double cheeseburger meals and it was only $15. It was considerably fresher, better tasting and kicks burger arse over Smash Burger. (Sorry about my pic, thought about it after I took a bite...) read more

How do you call a place Smashburger and not actually make a SMASHBURGER?! Well eat here and you will find out. Food was not good, the burgers were not smash burgers, and the service was terrible. Took over 20 minutes to get food as well. Save your money, In and Out is across the street. The 1 minute drive is worth it. read more

A tasty meat patty with a fresh bun. Not much to brag or complain about except the extra small tomato slices and skimpy onions. Beats a McDonald's burger but definitely not restaurant quality. read more

Worst burger I've ever had. It was so dry, I had to dump a bunch of catchup on it just to choke it down. I will never go to Smashburger again. Next time I'll get in my car and drive to In & Out near a different casino. read more

Last time I came to this spot in the Harrah's it was a McDonalds. Lol anyway I walk into "McDonalds" really intoxicated and I tell the cashier to please give me a cheeseburger, fries and some ice cream. Sat down, then got my meal, as I was eating it I though DAMN "McDonalds" you really outdid yourself with this burger. I go up to my room, pass out, wake up sometime later in the day to go out and about, when I hit the lobby I remember McDonalds did me justice earlier! hahahah needless to say aside from In n out this is the best burger I've ever had!! McDonalds, burger king, etc are trash compared to SMASHBURGER!! read more

Burger was good, tots weren't cooked, asked for new ones twice, still got raw tots. People were saying they were waiting over an hour, took me 30 min to get a burger and raw tots. I'd avoid this place until they get more staff as they clearly can't handle a midnight rush. Also, the expo person never changed their gloves, in the 30 min I was there I watched her rub her face at least 6 times, touch trash, and go back to bagging food. If I finally get covid, I'll know why. read more

This place serves up a very tasteful burger. Large variety to choose from. Help was nice and order came up pretty fast and fresh cooked.

Burgers are ok, skip the oily fries!!! We had the mushroom burger and the bacon burger, they were actually pretty good! They were what I expected for a Laughlin casino. However, we had the truffle French fries and they were soaked in oil! Like literally the oil was dripping off the fries, we couldn't eat them, we threw almost all of them away. read more

Smash Burger Laughlin Harrah's is a disaster. Slow, expensive, mis managed. If at all possible stay away. Unbelievable for a name brand.

This place needs to get removed from the Harrahs it's making it look bad for graveyard workers they never be on time with the food there are young people working in there that takes they sweet time with peoples food highly will not recommend read more

The burgers (both chicken and beef) were so bland and tasteless that I thought I had covid all over again. How a reputable place can produce such a bland burger is beyond me - you'd have to go out of your way to make such trash. Save your money and go to In & Out up the street. You're welcome! read more

This location was so understaffed and overwhelmed. They had a huge rush and instead of them stopping the line to get all the orders out they just kept going . Which resulted in me witnessing a waitress getting yelled out because some costumers never received their shakes and have been waiting 30 mins and finished their meals. I know that a lot of places are overworked and handling things as best they can during these tough times and following covid guidelines. I order my food and they messed it but again I am a very understanding, patient person so we respectfully asked for the issue to be fixed. That took awhile. They weren't giving orders out in correct order so people with a larger order then mine was receiving all their stuff before I did. I waited over a hour and half for me shake to come out. Which again I am understanding but when I asked her she said thank you for being patient I am catching up . I kindly mentioned I understand but that family order way after me so though I am understanding I was already waiting over a hour for my food and longer for my shake. Though I felt bad. They didn't handle the situation correctly and they just kept backing up the order because they were deciding to make the people who ordered wait instead of the people that are in-line way. It was very unorganized and unprofessional. I hope to give them another shot and hope it's better than my last experience. read more

Well let me start by saying I was highly disappointed when I found out that there was no buffets in Laughlin yet. But that sadness turn to joy when I went into Smashburger I don't mind paying more but it dang well better be worth it. We went twice out of our 4 day stay! I was very happy! read more

TRASHBURGER****** Eric Chavez is the so called 'manager' or 'supervisor' or 'head burger flipper' whatever you'd like to call him. Serve customers uncooked hamburger, then when you bring it to their attention the cook comes out from the kitchen and gives you the snake eye. Then this Eric Chavez character tells you how it's your own fault and he is not responsible for anything at the restaurant. Piss poor attitude and even worse customer service. Told us that it was our fault that they put ketchup and mustard instead of only mayonnaise like we ordered. Good day read more

Awful, messed up the order, over priced, small portions

We went to this restaurant on a friend's recommendation but everything was substandard. The place was empty, dark looking and uninviting. The order taker made three mistakes in taking our order for five people. 1. I ordered a double but got a single. 2. My niece asked about truffle fries in her combo, declined them, but got charged for them. 3. She didn't receive truffle fries. The food came up and not one of the five burgers was marked, yet every one was different. We had to open and check each one to see which burger went to which person. The fries that we got were all half full. And don't forget, no truffle fries. The burger buns were refrigerator-cold, not even room temperature. The burgers were Smashed alright, but I thought that referred to the meat patty, not the entire sandwich. A sign on the soda machine stated, no refills to prevent the spread of disease. Couldn't they just offer a new cup to get the same results and provide this benefit to the customer? So we had a bad experience, got overcharged, ate poorly prepared, underserved portions of food and left completely unsatisfied. Needless to say, we won't eat at Smashed Burger again. read more

Harrahs Casino of Laughlin only has a few restaurants to choose from, yet, both Smashburger & Pin-Up Pizza choose to close at their convenience, as opposed to honoring their advertised hours of operation, which clearly state both businesses are open till MIDNIGHT. On 11/03/2020 my friend & I arrived 10 minutes prior to MIDNIGHT, only to be refused service, thus leaving us without the ability to eat, as we had both been drinking, and didn't feel driving to pick up food was a viable option, merely to compensate for SMASHBURGER's Manager -- Anna Moreno -- having closed early!! Harrahs staff informed they do this systemically, for which leaves patrons commonly complaining! Bring food if you're gonna stay at this shit-hole... what a desolate lodge!! read more

Burgers were good. Prices were high. Convenience of being in my hotel was paramount. If this was a stand-alone restaurant would I return. No. It's too pricey for what you get. I'll give you this, the double bacon smash burger was very good. But for $10, no. So, you decide, price, convenience, taste, order-at-the-counter vs. sit-down. What's important to you? Five Guys is cheaper. The Habit is cheaper. Both are just as good. read more

My husband and I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger with the garlic fries. Everything was hit and delicious. Burger bun was quite greasy but still yummy. This was our first time staying at the Harrah's so we were glad they had a nice quick restaurant to grab some grub at. There was quite a line but I think the wait time wasn't bad at all. We'd come back. read more

This SmashBurger is a new addition to Harrahs, which replaced McDonald's. Although there won't be any value menu options for those late night munchies, I'm really happy with this change, given that all the offerings are made to order with fresh ingredients, including never frozen patties. Also, this seems to have a more limited menu from regular SmashBurgers, but at least their breakfast options are available 24/7. read more

Worst Experience Ever ! 08/30/2020 2:30PM NO water for customers, NO condiments, NO napkins, NO cold drinks , Drink Machine not working ( only $3 dollar room temperature bottled drinks. ) $15 dollars for this little dripping greasy burger , McD's and Jack in the Box are much better at half the price. Added the " Combo " received only 12 cold and burnt french fries with this order. Servers were rude as heck too. This place is an EMBARASSMENT to Harrah's , they would do much better with a Wendys or Jack in the Box here. This place is the Dump of Dumps. Trust me , go to Golden Nugget instead, much better place to find good food. read more

If there was an option to vote ZERO stars, Horrible Service waited over 1hr on a Tuesday Night at 10pm to get our food after we ordered, Hispanic lady that was at register was rude when people would ask questions she would just shrug her shoulders and say don't know and shrug shoulders again. Amazing burgers. Very tender and well seasoned. The one thing that I don't think works is the choice to use rosemary to season their fries. I can see what they are going for, I mean baked potatoes and other potato sides are enjoyed with a seasoning of rosemary. Rosemary, nothing against it, I love it and the fries were well cooked and fresh. Rosemary is just a flavor I more expect to experience enjoying a steak dinner or fine dining course and not so much when I'm going to eat a burger. Everything else is well done. Burgers and fries well seasoned and cooked great. I'm just not so sure the rosemary works. read more

Dropped in for a quick bite to eat, we couldn't eat too much since we have a dinner reservation later tonight. I had the smashed fries. Pretty good.
