Yelp hours as stated. Ordered the truffle burger and its larger than the Vegas strip from Rio Hotel location. Also had their strawberry shake, just because and yea it's really refreshing and not sweet at all. Also ordered their rosemary fries and it was really well seasoned and quite addictive. Slightly greasy, but good flavor. The people working today are really attentive. Lots of staff here to help out. This location is in Harrah's casino. Too bad they're not open later. read more

The food here is delicious. The problem is they are severely understaffed. I don't doubt they are trying to maximize their profits on the backs of their employees. Our group stayed at harrahs over Fourth of July weekend. We stopped here 3 times out of convenience before hitting the river and driving home. I had the chicken sandwich both times and my husband also tried to black bean burger with fries. Each time the line wasn't too long to place our orders and the food was delivered to our tables shortly after. The best part is the .99 cent soft serve cones!!! Smashburger is a smash hit! It was around midnight when my party and I checked in the hotel and we were craving a late night satisfying meal... We thought we'd find McDonald's but were surprised to find out that there was a new burger joint called "Smashburger". After much deliberation, we figured we'd give this place a try. I ordered the Avocado Chicken Club meal with Smash fries (French fries with rosemary, oil and garlic seasoning). My dad ordered a Truffle Mushroom Swiss burger meal also with Smash fries. Our burgers were delicious, portions were just right and overall presentation was hip. Overall the layout is modern, booth seats are comfortable, and the food is delicious. The bill for two totaled $23 which seemed a bit pricey but our experience was totally worth it! Ps: The cashier Ambar was super nice and friendly given that it was past midnight I give her a lot of props for her great energy! So this is my first time trying Smashburger. I'm really glad they had a vegetarian option and it was pretty decent. I think the combo is kind of a rip off, they give you a small drink cup and not many fries. However, good luck figuring out WHEN they are open. Some nights it's 24/7, some nights it's 9pm and other nights it's 10 or 11. Even the workers are unsure what their hours are and why. Given that this restaurant replaced the 24/7 McDonald's and that you're essentially stuck with limited options at Harrahs, especially with the cafe being the only other 24/7 restaurant, I think they need to be open all the time. It's a casino. The workers were very nice though. oh yeah, breakfast isn't available all the time anymore. It is now only 1a-11a. Which sucks. read more

I ordered a a doble bacon burger. Received a single! I went back to let them know. They looked confused and said I had to ask for it. Really???? Why wasn't I asked in the first place! Also you have to pay extra 4.00 to make it a combo. They burger itself is 8.00. The taste was ok. The Smash fries are amazing! Shoe string style with rosemary, garlic, salt & pepper! Not an overwhelming flavor, just right! The burgers are fresh, fast, and constructed as if you're in a fancy restaurant! You can find truffle oil in many of their recipes which I love! They also have this mayo, mustard, relish sauce that is delicious! You have to get a side of it! Last but def not least, the customer service is noticeably one of a kind! The burger was good and fries were okay, but the milkshake was really thin and not like the thicker milkshakes I get at the Phoenix locations. Had to make a yelp account just to complain about this, went to the smash burger in Harrahs twice this week and both cashiers I dealt with were horrible people. Susanne I believe her name is made racist comments about a black couple in front of me and then was rude to me when I asked to modify my order. I don't remember the other ones name but it started with a T, she was rude to almost every guest in line and when someone threatened to complain she said she didn't give a damn because she was quitting. This is a stand-in-line-to-order place. You food is brought out to you. Seating is fast food style, with tables, chairs, a few booths and bar-style seating as well. Clean, well kept. Smelled great! Probably the best burger I have had in years. Hot, fresh and very juicy, with a lot of flavor. We had a soda and you can refill your cups should you wish. Our order of sweet potato fries were very crispy and fresh. My only complaint: I wish the burger had been bigger, it was that tasty! It really was a very good burger.
