I really don't do this review thing but I just had to write one ....when I came in the line was pretty long I saw the manger get on the register I guess she was trying to get the line down after waiting only 3minutes I was already placing my order with the manager rosa she asked if it was my first time I said yes she asked me what was I in the mood for something healthy or do I want to cheat on my diet I found her funny she was really patient with me and very nice I got the avocado club with no bacon I was glad she explained to me what was on it. she also explained to me that if I do a survey on line I will get a free side order next time I come.. I will definitely be coming back the atmosphere is great the food was awesome and the workers look like they love there jobs .. read more

Young but hard working attentive staff. Cashier Dajshanne was so helpful! Not to mention the burger and fries were cooked perfectly.

1st time visiting a smash burger so I didn't know what to expect. Burger was actually very good and really took me by surprise. Will definitely come here more often. read more

Another place you can go to if you like wasting time. Ordered two fries at 7:32pm and 20 minutes later still waiting while everyone around me is getting their order. I don't understand how these places continue to be in business with such bad customer service. read more

This place is always problematic with seating on the weekends, but non the less the fried pickles are my fave. The burgers are a bit dry, its not shake shack. For the price they charge the burgers could be juicier and the smash fries are a hit or miss. read more

Not a bad concept the place was nothing short of blah I would never come back here the food was horrible!!!!

This place is TERRIBLE. Avoid at all costs. We placed an order for a classic Smash with no onions, add avocado, plus a BBQ cheddar burger, and 3 sides - fried pickles, veggie frites, and haystack onions. Then we waited. And waited. 30 minutes in all for our food. There were only 3 orders ahead of us. This was unacceptable, but I would have been OK if the food was edible, or even the correct order. It was neither of those things. My classic Smash came PLAIN -- no toppings on it at all, except for cheese and avocado. I still have no idea how they messed that up when I was very clear I wanted it with no onions, add avocado. It was dry and underwhelming. My friend's BBQ cheddar burger was prepared correctly, but the bacon was off. Tasted sour and she was sick all night long --- throwing up. The sides we received were not correct -- we got fried pickles, veggie frites, and an order of regular fries instead. The pickles tasted like they rolled them in salt before frying -- totally inedible. The veggie frites were limp and overcooked, also tasted doused in salt. The fries (which we did not even order) are thin slivers of potato, matchstick style, and they were somehow both dried out and soggy at the same time. No flavor whatsoever and so small you can hardly even hold them up to dip them in ketchup. Me and my friend were both sick the whole next day. Overall this was a horrible experience. The whole place should be shut down by the Board of Health. read more

This place was absolutely terrible, my food was cold and the smash fries were greasy. I asked for them to microwave my food and I was told they did not have a microwave. They made my food over and still it was lukewarm. The burger was flavorless and dry, I most certainly will NOT be returning to this establishment. Horrible experience and a COMPLETE waste of money! I will now be heading home to make myself a salad! read more

First time going to smash burger and I got to say we weren't disappointed. We have spent more on food and wasn't as good as Smashburger. We had an amazing experience!!! We had he spicy jalapeño Baja smash grilled chicken burger with fries and buffalo spicy fries, which could have been more spicy. Also we got the spinach, cucumber goat cheese salad. It's was great. Service was fast. You are treated as if your at a seat down restaurant. Staff is friendly and helpful. Small place, line is long but it goes fast and it was very clean. I will definitely go back and try the avocado black bean burger next time and a milkshake. read more

I came here to enjoy a nice bbq bacon cheddar burger. When I got here the place was loud and noisy they got my burger wrong and the fries were cold. Luckily for me the assistant manager was really nice when she saw I wasn't happy with my meal. She got me a new order, sincerely apologized and gave me two coupons for free sides. Other than that my experience was pretty good. I'll give it 4 stars instead of 3 because she could've just ignored me and I would've had bad food and a bad experience. read more

I visited Smashburger this past Saturday and was very impressed with the restaurant and the staff! I ordered the BBQ cheddar burger and the smashfries. They were delicious!!! A manager named Sheniesha assisted me and made a great recommendation. I will definitely be back soon! read more

4 of us ate there today we all had burgers , fries and shakes . The total bill was $57 which for sure would have been at least $10 to $14 more at shake shack. Here's my take on this place we all LOVED IT. The burgers are by far the best we have had . The fries and shakes were also really good . The girl who took our order was very nice and spent sometime explaining the different options even though the line was long. I was impressed with our entire experience and enjoyed our meal read more

I love the food BUT the young workers they hire always have an attitude it's really annoying and I Live directly across the street there are plenty of options at the mall but I chose to order my food online and pick it up . Idk what managers are hiring these kids but at some point there needs to be a manager on the floor to CHECK these employees I ordered a Baja Cobb salad and a milk shake I came in signed my receipt and it said 13$ so I stood to the side after getting my salad and waited till about 3 minutes and realized the young lady was not giving me my milkshake so now I ask her did she tell the guy to make it she says I only see a salad on the receipt so I say BUT my receipt says 13$ and I know my salad is not 13$ so they guy comes back and she ask him so he pulls it out of the freezer because it was already made she wasted my time because she was already annoyed NOT MY PROBLEM I enjoy the food just not the staff!!!!!! read more

I visited Smashburger's private event opening at Gateway Mall in Spring Creek on March 24, 2015. It was not my first time visiting Smashburger so I know what the menu items tastes like. I did however enjoy the opening. Of course because it was a grand opening, all the employees were attentive and always checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. They are just a regular burger spot but the difference is: you are getting a fresh quality burger not frozen out of a bag. The price reflects the quality. I hope the atmosphere with the employees remain the same. Overall I had a good time at the opening and will continue to frequent the place. read more

Heard so much about this place I had to try it. When I got there the line was extremely long but moved rather quickly. The employees were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food was great!!! Everything tasted fresh and hot. Will definitely be back read more

It's a Smash! Been here three times with the last time being this evening. Never disappoints, always get the large bacon cheeseburger, with onion ring nest and fries....Three of us ate, three burgers, two drinks one rings , one fries. $33 bucks. Well worth the price. Friendly staff and tasty burgers will keep you full during the Christmas shopping spree upon us. Enjoy!! read more

I ordered 3 well done burgers and French fries, which was very dry and oily. All 3 burgers Undercooked, this is not first time the order incorrect. ALL BURGERS WERE THROWN TO THE GARBAGE, never come back. read more

Yummy fries , burgers are good, but grilled chicken sandwiches are always undercooked . No matter how many times you ask for well done its always undercooked. read more

I am pretty new to Smash Burger. They recently opened this location near my house and as a "Burger Enthusiast" I decided to stop in and give them a shot. I have been going to them regularly for about a year now. Their staff is great. These men and women know how to speak to people and know how to have a little fun while at work too! The place is always clean so you can eat your food with complete confidence knowing it was made in the best possible environment. The meals have never been over or under cooked which is a big plus and their milkshakes are to die for. The only drawback to this place is their long lines. The place has been popular ever since it opened and after so long it still maintains long lines, but I can understand why. I mean the food is fantastic so I can't really fault them for this, but I still have to take off a point for it. If you ever want to get in and out of the place go as early as possible. read more
