I had a Groupon for a mini spa pedicure and a dip powder manicure. I came on Christmas Eve and had no problem making a phone appointment. I was greeted at the door and was offered water or tea. For tea, you have the option of getting jasmine or black. The mini spa pedicure included a scrub that went up towards my knees. My legs were then wrapped with plastic wrap to maintain moisture while I got the rest of my pedicure. The shape of my nails is great and I like application. My big toe nail chipped a little the next day but that may be due to my own fault. My nail technician was Yoyo and she did a great job. I got color #1 for the SNS nail dip. They did 3 layers which is thicker than I like but it looks great overall. I didn't like that there was gunk under my nails after the appointment and that it had that tacky "skin is stuck to nails-feeling" but it was easy to clean up myself. They were playing Christmas music during the entire time and I thought that was festive and fun. They also had a dog movie playing on the TV so I was entertained the entire time. After my manicure, I was given a light shoulder massage. My technician had the tiniest hands. I was also given a Christmas gift when I left. This was so sweet! It was a cute nail clipper and a modern glass nail filer.

I've had many pedicures here and they have all been good, I love the massage chairs. I would not…read moreget a regular manicure here again, the young woman I had used an electric filer on my nail bed to fix "white spots" and filed the nail so low that you can visibly see the level difference as my nails grow back, it's going to take probably 6-7 months to get back to normal. I never get manicures but wanted to treat myself and wish I never did. Don't let anyone use this type tool on your natural nailbed, it's an inappropriate short cut.

I've been traveling across the US for the last 6 weeks visiting all the IG worthy spots between San Francisco and NYC, and I was definitely needing to be cleaned up. He listened to what I wanted, and was receptive to pictures of my usual haircut, and I was lined up, and beard trimmed 15 minutes later!! Very impressive. This is cash only but there is an ATM if you came unprepared. This shop is downtown and sorta close to the college, and is neatly kept with a sports wall recognizing many of the biggest names like Jordan, Tyson, and Ali. I might just move here for these haircuts!!

I took my daughter to get a gel manicure and pedicure on Valentine's Day. By Wednesday her full…read moremanicure was gone and most of her pedicure was gone. Once the gel polish came off of her toe nails I realized that they never even bothered to cut her toenails. When I went in to get a refund they said they would redo the service but would not give me my money back. I told them I just wanted a refund because my daughter didn't want gel again because it burned when they used the light and I have a hard time trusting people who don't do the minimum requirements of their jobs which was cutting the toenails. They responded saying I either get the service or I get nothing. I felt it was very rude since I paid over $45 for the service and then tipped an additional $10. They then walked away and refused to talk to me until I left. I will never go back. Not even for a free service.
