I recently scheduled an appointment with Annie Ross (Rotko) who had to break my scheduled appointment with out 24 hr notice. I was not upset I just rescheduled but I had an emergency and was not able to fulfill my appointment time. My credit card was charged for the facial I did not even have done and I simply asked to not be charged and felt that I should have been given the same courtesy as when my appointment had to be cancelled by her. I will go elsewhere and will not be giving out my information ahead of time. I lost 75.00 on her .......Never Again!

The salon was so neat and tidy--I was really impressed! I experiment with my hair often, but lately I'd let it fall to the wayside. I explained that I wanted something shorter, but that my hair was frizzy, fine, and curly...and I really didn't want to look like my mom. Chansa did an amazing job with my curls. She styled it wet and scrunched in some very light hair cream, and I was so very happy with it. Overall she was easy to talk to, super kind, a great stylist, and I look forward to seeing her in four weeks. We're doing fun colors next! :)
