The salon was so neat and tidy--I was really impressed! I experiment with my hair often, but lately I'd let it fall to the wayside. I explained that I wanted something shorter, but that my hair was frizzy, fine, and curly...and I really didn't want to look like my mom. Chansa did an amazing job with my curls. She styled it wet and scrunched in some very light hair cream, and I was so very happy with it. We looked online at available times. 3:55 was available. He and I discussed if we should come back. When we went to book it, an 11:45 one appeared which was 10 mins away. We assumed someone cancelled. So we booked it. We carried her in and the "manager" Elisha came over as we were checking in with someone else. She said "we haven't even had any of our breaks yet! that's why we already said "NO!" and she said it aggressively. I said but we went to book it and it looked like something opened up. She started getting louder and bobbing her head repeating "we haven't had any breaks yet and it's a "NO!" At this point I'm angry. I told her how unprofessional she was and asked who her manager was and of course she said herself. She was very aggressive and unprofessional. She then told me to "get out" after I said I would be leaving a review on my experience and asked her name to which she proudly offered her business card with the name "Elisha" "Manager" on it. She also told me applications are available?! Thinking I would want to help out sarcastically. She showed my family such disrespect, but his is how she treats her customers. I feel like we were discriminated against because of my daughter having a disability (as it's visible). Highly do not recommend.
