Tara said it was due to wearing my hair in a pony. Nope. She was taking the bleach and going all the way to the ends. Every time. Picture shown was my results after the last time she highlighted it. I sent her a text with this picture. Tara responded that she would reach back out to me when she was back from vacation. Never heard from her again. I should have never allowed her to do my hair "hung over" as she said she was when I walked in the morning of this appt. Her laziness ruined my hair and she was too much of a coward to contact me like she said she would. Stay far away.

I have been here twice in the last year. As far as haircuts go, that isn't often. But I can…read moreguarantee the only reason it has only been twice is because I live in Florida. I have had awful luck in that state with haircuts. This place was recommended by my aunt- and I am SO glad I listened! I went to Brittany last summer to try a new style that I was nervous about- and she did fantastic! She even came in early to fit me in before I went home to Florida. A few months later I went to a salon in Orlando for a trim and they butchered my hair. I haven't had anyone touch it since until today when I was visiting family and Brittany was able to fit me into her day. I could cry I am so happy! It took about six months for my hair to grow back in (the FL stylist cut it that short via multiple mess ups) and she was able to fix it for me. She not only knows what she is doing, but she knows what is flattering for you personally. So important when it comes to a hair stylist! The atmosphere is welcoming and you can tell they really care about their clients. If I could get them to move to Orlando, that would be awesome! But until I find someone I can trust there- my haircuts will wait for trips to Syracuse I love this place (and Brittany!) that much.

The prices here are extremely great! Come here for your hair color needs! I came here because I had…read morea Groupon and got some highlights and a haircut from Paige. Even without the Groupon, the regular prices are extremely fair and are much cheaper than prices for similar services at other salons. She is located at Studio #15. This place is located on the right of Panera Bread in the Plaza where Home Goods is. She uses Milk Shake hair dye products and is somehow affiliated with the company as well. I loved the way the hair products smelled. My cocoa brown hair dye smelled of cocoa. All of the dyes have scents from natural products that have colors similar to the color that the dye is. For instance, there is a honey one, papaya one, and strawberry one. The studio is indoors in an area with a bunch of individual studios owned by other people. Each studio is a different business but all of the businesses are beauty-related. I asked for a deeper V-cut but my haircut was mostly a small trim. I wanted my bangs to be shorter. I think the left side of my bangs ended up shorter than the right. I actually don't even recall the right side being cut. The trim was very minimal though I wanted a more drastic cut. The coloring however, was fantastic! I loved my highlights and loved how natural it looked. It was subtle and the colors blended well with my existing color. I am, however, allergic to PPD in hair dye and knew this before hand but still proceeded to dye my hair with hopes that the dye wouldn't touch me that much. I was wrong and I had a really bad allergic reaction that warranted some prednisone. This was not at all a problem caused by the product or Paige.

Paige has used a razor cut style and my hair has such great layers and more manageable on a daily basis. Kudos to Paige for being different! Love her!

The hair dresser said she'd take 2 inches (when I said I would…read morereally prefer NO MORE THAN ONE INCH OFF but she "suggested" or in other words was going to do what she wanted) and took off 4 inches. This salon DOES NOT know how to do long layers. If you have medium length or short length hair, it might be okay. If you have long hair. Save yourself the snotty arrogant advice of Leann and the tears that you will bawl after coming home extremely devastated from the haircut she gives you. She even tells you that every thing you want done to your hair "isn't feasible". Best advice is to go to a different salon.

this is a brunette to blonde dye job gone horribly wrong. As you can see from the photos my hair is…read moreorange and has about 2-3 inches of very dark visible root. I booked Lisa to do a full highlight and tone for my brunette to blonde transition. After my initial foil, and blow dry we both realized her initial highlights did not lift as she expected. My roots were very dark and noticeable and my ends were yellow. After getting rather upset(and tearing up) Lisa agreed to paint some additional highlights at the ends and add some "baby highlights" into the base to break things up. After the second processing my hair appeared brittle, and was now a very brassy red orange with chunks of white streaks and my roots were very noticeably dark brown. At this point I had been in the chair for 4 hours and was hoping I would get home and be able to decompress and look at the hair in a proper light. It was then I realized that I essentially paid for yellow hair, with dark roots (I look like I had blonde hair that had grown out for a month). I sent Lisa a message within 24 hours. She suggested I use purple shampoo and said she would need to think about what could be done to repair my hair, and stated she couldn't get me in for about 2 weeks. Given the condition of my hair and important interviews I had coming up this was not acceptable. She was not accommodating or sincere with reguards to my hair, nor did she acknowledge this was probably not her best work. I will now have to see a specialist to highlight the roots and repair her color. I would reccomend not seeing Lisa if you're transitioning from brown to blonde because you will end up paying someone else to fix it
