He specifically asked please do not cut into my beard, I'd like a fade with it short ontop. Well it didn't even look cut and when she trimmed around his ears she missed hair and it was jagged and looked like something I'd do at home. We paid and left and I took my fiancé to another place to get it fixed, paid over 50$ between two places because I didn't want my fiancé to look goofy! I paid $140 for that. When I went back to see if they could fix it, I got charged $80 more, and they dyed my roots darker. I got told they did exactly what I asked. I was not upset I just rescheduled but I had an emergency and was not able to fulfill my appointment time. My credit card was charged for the facial I did not even have done and I simply asked to not be charged and felt that I should have been given the same courtesy as when my appointment had to be cancelled by her. I will go elsewhere and will not be giving out my information ahead of time. I lost 75.00 on her .......Never Again!

The salon was so neat and tidy--I was really impressed! I experiment with my hair often, but lately I'd let it fall to the wayside. I explained that I wanted something shorter, but that my hair was frizzy, fine, and curly...and I really didn't want to look like my mom. Chansa did an amazing job with my curls. She styled it wet and scrunched in some very light hair cream, and I was so very happy with it. Overall she was easy to talk to, super kind, a great stylist, and I look forward to seeing her in four weeks. We're doing fun colors next! :)
