The location of the storage place is just right for my needs. We have an RV that we are storing there for $65 a month. There are not a lot of rv or parking spots but this one is just right. They had some issues with the internet when first setting things up but now we are good to go! read more

I have had storage at several locations in the valley, and Desert Gardens Mini Storage is by far the most outstanding place I have ever rented a unit at. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, the facility and grounds are kept very clean, and their prices are the best around. I have had a unit here since 2015 and have kept my unit even though I moved 30 miles away! The staff is great about making sure tenants clean up after themselves and follow the rules so the rest of us don't have to deal with it. THAT is worth a fortune to me and I really appreciate it. DO NOT come rent the units here. There are "strict policies" when really they are just money hungry. The property manager Karen will insult you with no regard for what she is saying. And she's so proud of all the times she "won" in court... hmmm wonder why they have been to court so many times.. the units are outdated and not well kept. Office staff and management are the worse. Trust me when I tell you, storing my belongings there was the biggest mistake. Zero compassion for extenuating circumstances.. we had to pay a WHOLE months rent on a unit that NONE of our stuff was in, simply because my husband and I ended up in the hospital, and we PHYSICALLY come to bring the keys to them for the unit. So I just wasted 90 dollars for something I don't use because I'm TWO WHOLE DAYS past my "move out" but the unit is EMPTY... it's been empty before our move out date. Ridiculous. The very least they could have done was make us pay for the 2 days we are past due now that we are out of the hospital. Way to go Desert Gardens mini storage for being the worst storage place in the entire state. read more

Went in to get a small storage. I was quoted a price of about $36 from Britney. Turned out to be $57 because of some $10 fee and a lock. Took me a bit by surprise but it didn't bother me to much. She gives me a key and shows me where the unit is on the map. First the code didn't work to get the building door open. Went to talk to her and she said it's been happening a lot lately and just left the door open. When it was time to to close the unit I could not figure out how the lock worked. I figured it would be self explanatory since she didn't show me how it works. After about 6 minutes of frustration I decided to ask how it worked. I was a bit upset that she didn't explain the whole lock thing after the paperwork was done. But it got done I'm happy with how easy it was. read more
