I called them back about 6 months after the job was done and they repaired the hole without any other examination. Now the holes are coming more and more in different areas. I called them out, and they say old roots are causing the problems and they will charge me $3,500 to fix it. If there was a problem with roots, shouldn't they have discovered it before they did the job and told me there was a problem? When I called to complain, they said they are not an arborist, and I am left with large holes that I can trip in and break a leg. I do not have another $3,500 to pay them after paying almost $10,000 for a job that was horribly done. I would not go with this company. Cecelia Bowen Ladytb39@verizon.net

Holy crap! It's not often I'm impressed by contractors but Chad really raised the bar. We were…read morelooking to do artificial turf for our backyard and had called various companies. We went with CST bc Chad was responsive, pricing was reasonable, and he had stellar reviews. I now understand why they are so good. On the day of install his crew showed up and were professional, detailed, and cleaned up after themselves. They took pride in their work and inspected every section of the artificial turf to ensure precise application. Unfortunately we had an issue with our window flare causing problems and this is where Chad really shined. He acknowledged our concerns and went above and beyond to help resolve it. Transparently I was being a bit of a Karen too when the issue happened. Despite this Chad stayed professional, understanding, and was doing everything he could to make sure we were happy. The experience humbled me and reminded me that not everyone is out to take advantage of you. There are still some really honest, kind, and reliable contractors out there. Chad is definitely at the top of this list. I really appreciated that his goal was to do right by us. I will definitely be referring, praising, and telling everyone about CST and Chad. I know our backyard alone will speak volumes with how beautiful it turned out.

Right from the start, working with Jeremy was a breath of fresh air. He came out for our consultation, walked us through everything with total clarity, and was remarkably honest. Instead of trying to upsell us, he focused strictly on what was necessary for our space. Since we needed a pet-friendly setup, he made sure the turf was properly treated with a specialized pet solution to keep everything clean and fresh, and he gave us a very fair quote. The scheduling process was seamless, and they accommodated a Saturday installation. I was home to watch the crew work, and their dedication was incredible to see. They didn't just lay the turf--they crafted custom edging around the whole 800 sq ft area and even installed a drip line along our privacy trees to keep our landscaping thriving. We hired Ivan's Masonry for two jobs: driveway renovation and a new stairway with walkway. From onset it was a long journey for us figuring out what material we will be comfortable with. Ivan patiently consulted us on every available material: concrete, stamping, coloring, and many styles from different providers of concrete pavers. None really resonated with our vision. After a month of research we ended up selecting clay pavers for their traditional look and lasting quality. The problem was that no contractor in our area would even consider working with clay pavers. Initially Ivan also refused but with some prodding he actually agreed to install clay pavers and did an amazing job. The team would start consistently punctually at 7 am and worked full days. Ivan, the owner, would work on the job 100%, including operating the equipment and setting the pavers. The site was kept reasonably clean and the process was well organized. We love the results. Our house became the model for the street as a first house with pavers. Many people complimented on the improvements and expressed the desire to contract with Ivan's Masonry.
