Wow! I really like my windows and sliding glass doors! They make such a huge difference in my home. The order took longer to arrive than expected, but that was typical for manufacturing nationwide because of covid. There were a few hiccups along the way, but Tony always made it right. He is the man! Tom is great too. read more

First off I want to say I went shopping for not a good window company but a great one. I checked out 5 different companies and I went with Smart Window Company. From the first person I spoke with to the last person I spoke with, they were very detail and happy to service our needs. First I met Paul the salesmen, he was awesome on going over the windows and door with me in great detail. By the time he left I felt like we had been friends for a long time. The next person I met was Tom equally as great going over the measurements with me and going over what we order. It only took 3 weeks for our order to come in, 9 windows and 1 sliding door. I was amazed that they were able to install all the windows and sliding door in one day. Not only did it take one day but everything look awesome, I had bay window put in for my wife as a surprise and she loves it, and everything else was beautiful. The five installs did a phenomenal job. I see the ranking is 5 stars but I'm giving Smart Window company 10 Stars. I also would like to thank Alan and Dominic who called me after everything was done to see if everything was good. Thank you again for making our house look so much better. read more

Smart Window Company - Our new Bay Window! - Windows Installation Near Me - Carson, California

Really friendly service throughout. Everything was explained before the installation. The quality of their windows are very good. Also they gave me a reasonable price for what a typical vinyl windows should cost. Not overpriced windows but a good range for decent windows. I would recommend getting windows done from them. read more

Roberto, Ivan & Daniel were great! Showed up on time, Installed new windows & patio door. They were fast, left no mess and were very professional. I highly recommend Smart Windows. As a side note the price was perfect and David our salesperson was great as were the owners who we met when we wanted to see a sample of the windows. Just a great experience from start to finish. read more

Fred Carroll is a great in-home consultant. He's very knowledgeable and really helpful to your windows project!

Smart Window Company did an excellent job installing our windows and sliding glass door. They did a great job and I would definitely recommend them to anyone! read more

We had a few windows replaced by Smart Window and we were very satisfied with there efficiency and thoroughness in getting the job done. From the beginning, David was the first one to reach out to me over zoom meeting and our conversation went great. He was very informative and was able to answer all my questions thoroughly. The head of installation Tom then came out to take precise measurements of my windows. About 7 weeks later my windows arrived and were ready to be installed. The reason for my two stars is because of the installation process. Contractor Bryan told me there was a miscommunication with the measurements and they couldn't install the window in my bedroom. This is very frustrating especially for a big job like this you would assume they would double check all measurements and verify that the right windows were going to be installed at the job site. They installed the old window back but forgot to put the screen back and the window had gaps all around leaving the window exposed at some corners. Another concern was that one of the bathroom windows was installed crooked (see photos). The sliding glass door had the top weatherstrip peeling off and after installation the plastic stopper on top was a little short and every time I open the sliding glass door it will pop out the vertical stopper. They addressed these imperfections but still very disappointing spending so much money and not getting perfection. read more

The entire process was smooth and install was completed in about 5 hours. New windows are fantastic and house feels much quieter.

I cannot say enough good things about Smart Window Company. From our salesperson, Paul, when we ordered the windows in May of 2023 to when Tom and his crew installed the windows. When the astmopheric river was overhead in West LA on 02/04/2024 we had water dripping down our window. I texted Tom at 9 PM if Smart Window could come out and look at our window. At 6 AM Tom texted that he would call later in the morning, He called at 9 AM and said that it would be in the afternoon and he would call with an ETA. He called at 2:15 and said he would have someone there in an hour. At 3:15 Byron came to our unit and looked at the window. He was able to determine that the window and window frame were not the cause. He stood outside the window and was able to see a couple of holes in the stucco above the window. He got his silcone and filled the holes. The window has been dry ever since. read more

Updated review--yes the 3 windows leaked! But: Smart Window came out the next day and then a week later to add silicone sealant, which fixed 2 of the windows. They also performed a leak test on the third, which helped us discover a crack in the stucco above the window which was the culprit for the most serious leak. So not actually a window problem after all. They've been very responsive and professional throughout, with no additional charges for the trips labor or materials. read more

Smart Window is great. They sent out an agent to roughly measure our windows/doors and to provide an estimate. During that visit, the agent also provided us with samples that we could look at. A few days later, they provided us with a quote, which we could approve online. Once we agreed to proceed with Smart Window, they sent out another agent to do more accurate measurements of the windows/doors. The windows/doors then take about 6-8 weeks to fabricate. Once they were fabricated, we were able to set up installation very soon. Installation took 2 full days. Throughout the process, every agent I came across at Smart Window was very professional and courteous. After installation, one of the installers went around the premises, and showed us how to use the windows/doors. The windows themselves are very high quality and properly/accurately installed. I would highly recommend Smart Window for window installation - great service, great product, and very professional throughout. read more

Had front windows replaced. Great experience. Company was responsive, reasonably priced, and professional. Definitely recommend!

David was great to work with on getting the right windows for our home. Delivered and installed in one day. Took a few months for the windows to be made but that matched the estimate that was given. Great combination of features compared with price. Looked at a bunch of different options and very happy with our choice. read more

I've meaning to write this review for ages. I randomly found Smart Windows on yelp. I bid out to a few other places and ultimately talking with Tony A. helped me go with Smart Windows. He was persistent but most importantly knowledgeable. Global supply chain made it take longer than we thought, but we love our new windows now! After the first rain, we did have some leaking, so we called Tony on his personal cell phone (who does that) and he had someone out the next morning to fix the issue. There's a lifetime warranty on these windows and the customer service is top notch. I highly recommend! They keep our home cooler and quieter then ever before. read more

We had an amazing experience with the Smart Window Company when we replaced all our windows (10) and huge sliding door. Everything was handled very well from the beginning to the end by ordering great windows, getting exactly what we ordered and wanted, and having a flawless instillation, with all of it on time and at a great value! Ordering them online was easy and efficient. We were able to to get all the precise info we needed, manage our contract and track our order online efficiently and effectively. Their fantastic representative, Tom, who came to take the precise measurements was incredibly helpful with answering any questions we had on the instillation process. He even brought to our attention things we had not considered, but should have (despite my research efforts). The instillation crew who showed up was very professional, well equipped, efficient and highly respectful of our home. They finished the instillation earlier than anticipated, did not damage anything and cleaned up completely. In the end, they walked us through their great work, confirmed our complete satisfaction and completed the last excellent part of our window replacement experience. When getting ready to replace our windows, my family was experiencing a lot of anxiety on which firm we could entrust and the many ways it could go wrong. We never imagined such a great experience could be had and are grateful for it. Every time I look at the windows I not only see a great set of windows, but also feel all the good vibes from the great experience of getting them. We highly recommend the Smart Window Company as we are confident you will experience the same. Thanks Tom and crew for a great job! read more

We couldn't be happier with our new windows. I got an immediate response for our estimate, and our options were clearly explained. Even though this was a relatively small job ( four windows ), the entire project was handled as though we were having the whole house replaced. The installation process was on time and very professionally completed. With the "low-E" feature, it we can already tell a difference with in-house temps at less extremes, i.e. warmer at night, cooler during the day...quieter, too. Thanks for a job well done! We will recommend to all who ask about window replacement. Harrison M. read more

I didn't know windows were going to be a costly project but after getting three different quotes, Smart Window was able to work with me on getting a good price. It wasn't the cheapest bid but the quality makes up for it. They slide easy. They're so good looking that I decided to keep the blinds off for one of the windows. The team at Smart Window are easy to work with. They work really fast and got 10 of my townhome windows in pretty much a day. They follow up before they leave and are friendly. When I did have gaps in the caulking, they quickly remedied it without hesitation. I've already received compliments on them and I initially didn't even care what they look like ordering it and just wanted to upgrade from the single pane windows but once you get them installed, you'll be amazed. I am so happy I went with them and highly recommend them. read more

I had two slider windows installed in my master bedroom because the previous sliders had warped and had begun to leak air as well as rain water. The new windows were so professionally installed and I was amazed at how little time the job took. I had to leave for an appointment mid-job and left the installers with my adult grandson at home. I thought I would be home early enough to wish them good-by, but my grandson said they had left well before I had arrived home. So I checked out each window and was so pleasantly surprised at the results. I really can't comment on value compared to other windows (I was convinced early on that this company was for me), but that's OK -- I really like the new windows and I open/close them throughout each day as the temperature requires. Great job and well done. read more

I've used Smart Window twice. The first time I had a slider and two windows installed to replace the 25+ old aluminum windows which were difficult to operate. I've been extremely happy with them so I decided to replace seven more windows that were recently installed. It was a very worthwhile investment and I know I will be enjoying them for many years to come. The sales staff and installers I've interacted with have all been friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive to my calls and emails. We had a small issue due to a mixup with one window installation and the issue was fixed the very next day. I am delighted to recommend them and would definitely use them again if the need came up. read more

My parents bought their home over 70 years ago so the windows (two large picture windows and a small bathroom window) were in need of an upgrade. My sister and I requested five bids. The first was Pella which was more than double of all the other bids. Three of the bids were close in price. The other two installed Milgard and Smart Windows installed Crystal Pacific windows. I am familiar with Milgard since I have them installed on my home. I was not familiar with Crystal Pacific windows. P The Smart Windows Rep, Anthony, came to my parent's house and did a good job demonstrating the features of Crystal Pacific windows (primary ones were one side of the dual pane window was tempered and stainless steel track). In the end, we went with Smart Windows because they had a 5 star yelp rating, the account rep was in constant contact with me during the bidding process, Alan the installation manager who came out to remeasure and look for any other installation issues assured us that there were no problems and their pricing with the features included were very good. My parents are very happy with the windows. My dad who is very critical of contractors said they did a very good job of installing the windows. The install was clean and they hauled away the old windows and did not leave a mess. read more

Very happy with the work they did for me. I had 10 large windows replaced and wow what a difference. The draft is gone, the temperature stays the same for a long long time now. My windows were 40x74 roughly. I really appreciated Paul's presentation and information. Very thorough and professional. I had other quotes that gave me a cheaper price but they weren't giving me my same window or the tempered glass I wanted throughout. In the end Smart Window gave me the best price for what I wanted and the quality that I was looking for. They work very clean as well. Very happy with my decision and new windows. read more

After installing our beautiful windows one had a crack no money was due until the window was ores and installed. Due to supply issues this took months. We enjoyed our windows. Overpriced window company. Gave them my email for a quote and out of 10 different windows companies, they were the most expensive. Went with a different company for half the price (5 months ago) but still getting spam emails every day about their crap. Maybe cut the aggressive marketing spam and lower your prices and you'll get some sales. read more

I could not be more happier with my choice to use Smart Window Company. I built an ADU on my property and needed windows and 2 huge sliding glass doors. I received a bid from another company and found these guys on yelp and called on a Friday evening to get a second bid and I'm so glad I did! Not only were they less expensive their windows were better, had more design choices and they came up with a great solution that included a transom. After installed it's clear these doors are the highlight of the space! From the beginning of the process through installation they were flawless. Not only did I not give them enough time but I ordered a window incorrectly and they fixed it for me with no questions. During this process I worked with several vendors and hands down these guys were the best. read more

10 out of 10 would recommend this company! From the first time getting the quote to getting our windows installed, every person we worked with was courteous kind and professional. They were the first quote I got and extended my initial offer as I let them know that I had several estimates coming in the next few weeks. Andrea was real nice and informative and patient while we explored all of our options. The offer they ended up giving me was as good or better than the price I received anywhere else, but I went with them because it was so clear how much pride and attention to detail that they had in their windows and their work. Pete and his team were efficient, I asked them to do my daughters room first so she could take a nap but they were done with the whole project before her nap even started. After it was installed Dominique from customer service provided me with her number and shared I can reach out any time if there's any issues with the windows, which I appreciated. Couldn't be happier with my experience working with them and have already told my neighbors to give them a try if they're looking for new windows! read more

Reached out to them because they had high reviews, and within a few days they were already taking measurements for 4 new windows and a sliding glass door. Very upfront and transparent about their product and pricing so there no surprises and added costs. Took about 7 weeks for the windows/doors to be made (due to all things in shortage these days) but once they arrived they installed within a couple days. They were able to knock everything out in one day, which happened to be one of the hottest days of the year. Very happy with the install and professionalism. Would definitely use them again for future work. read more

Smart Window replaced our windows and sliders in 2021. We were very happy with the product and installation services. What's more impressive is the response I got nearly 2 years after having done business with them. We had a leak around one of the windows following some recent rainstorms. I contacted Tom, their Service Manager and he had Peter on site the next morning to inspect them, then reseal the outside. A few days later he arranged to have Miguel come out to check on them. Turns out the leak is from the roof, not the windows. It's rare to find a company so invested in customer service. In my opinion, this is what seperates Smart Window from the other vendors out there. read more
