He provided a consultation for my indoor floors, but then I had him also look at my garage floor and he said he was able to do the work I was looking for, which is what I will be reviewing here today. I had a few cracks in my garage floor and was looking to Epoxy it to protect it for the winter. Dave explained to me his process and how it differs from the competition which helps keep his cost low. The best part about Dave was that he stuck to the quote he gave me, with no surprises or additional ask for money, and he started when he said he would, got the job done quick, and finished when he said he would - anyone who has worked with contractors before knows this is a rarity! Dave was respectful and treated the place with care, and I would recommend his work to others. We think the garage looks great! He was able to patch the door frame from 4 pieces back into one and it looks great- Better than it did before, actually. It used to have brackets holding a few pieces together, leading me believe it had been damaged before. I needed a replacement piece of curved glass as the original was shattered in the move. While the door frame only took maybe 2-3 weeks for completion, I gave Tracey a few months to search for a curved glass manufacturer. One person he thought may have been able to ended up not being able to and he was unable to find anyone else in the local area to do it which is absolutely at no fault of his own. I was able to find a specialty glass manufacturer who does replacement curved glass for curio cabinets in FL so it all worked out. It was reasonable pricing for the door frame repair with a good turnaround time. If I ever have damaged furniture I would bring it back to Berger's in a heartbeat.

When we reached out to Kristiaan to ask if he could help us remodel our kitchen, he not only agreed to give us a quote without charge, he also came to our house and taped out the entire design on the floor, no charge. None of the other contractors were willing to put in that kind of time and effort without a guarantee that they would get the job. Kristiaan not only worked with the IKEA plans we had designed, but he further figured out the engineering required to support the large, open span that we had to have suspended over my husband's wheelchair. Everything you see in the photos is brand new and done by Kristiaan. What you don't see is that, on the other side where we already had IKEA cabinets, he moved the entire cabinet run over and built a stabilized support for our new kitchen sink. He also worked with the countertop installers to get us the cutouts that we needed, and recommended the best outlet/lighting system for us. And when IKEA dropped the ball and failed to deliver the promised toekicks, Kristiaan developed a workaround and personally went to IKEA to pick them up for us. A good friend of mine who is a luxury home builder in the Twin Cities said that Kristiaan basically fulfilled the idea of "aging in place" that is extremely popular now.
