He called back 20 minutes before the appointment and said he was having sudden back issues and wanted to reschedule if possible. At that point he should have just had someone else from the company do the measurements and keep the appointment. We will be going with another company. Customer service was definitely lacking.

No hesitation recommending them for any project you have.

If she doesn't have what you are looking for, Mary will make every effort to get it for you! In addition to an extensive selection of great quality plants, Mary has a shop full of interesting garden art (including fairies!) and gardening supplies. Outside, pots, trellises and even more garden art can be found. I will be going to Cedar Brook in favor of the "big box" garden centers for four reasons: 1.) to support locally women owned businesses such as this, 2.) for their outstanding selection of nursery stock, 3.) for the amazing knowledge and customer service, and 4.) very competitive pricing. Sealant was applied in July. After five days, it had not dried and thin spots appeared where it was…read morerunning off any higher areas. I put a blower on the driveway in an attempt to get it dried. The blower created waves in the sealant, which obviously had too much water in it. I contacted Seal King Somerset and was told it was because our driveway is shaded. They came back to reapply and this time it dried in a couple of days...more evidence the sealant in the first application was defective. Looked good until Spring, when it started flaking off in large pieces, eventually turning to "mud", and finally a fine black powder that was tracked everywhere, including inside the house. I contacted them again and they said they would do it a third time, but at this point I did not trust they knew what they were doing. I asked for at least a partial refund and was told they do not give refunds...an example of their version of customer service. We had another vendor come out and they said they had never seen anything like it and SK's claims about shade were false. They said the first application was likely defective, which prevented the second application from adhering. Ended up hiring the other company and it dried in 24 hours and looks great. AVOID SEAL KING SOMERSET!
