We had L&S give us a quote on a new roof. Gentleman showed up in basketball shorts and t shirt in the middle of winter. Didn't go on the roof for inspection, didn't go in the attic for inspection. Simply climbed 2 steps up the attic ladder breaking a step on the ladder following it up with a comment "this is why I don't go in attics!". Shined flashlight and said "yup you need a new roof!", some attic inspection that was. Gentleman was more concerned about what homeowners did for work to determine a price for quote. He understood and sent over the quote. I reviewed and approved it right away as the price was quite acceptable. Jackson arrived at the scheduled time and got to work. He pointed out the good and the bad about the gutters, which we appreciated as we bought the house during the winter while there was significant snow on the roof so the home inspector could not do a complete inspection. We wound up asking him to provide a quote on a few extra services that we will be interested in him doing later this summer. Overall, we were very satisfied and look forward to working with Jackson again.
