They have to behave like professionals, answer and return calls, know what they're doing, be patient with the consumer and their concerns, as well as have top notch, post installation consumer care. The communication with staff and the owners of the company was disjointed and lacking in detail and there is no sense of urgency or common standards of customer service. I'm not sure I'd trust them to ever respond in a timely manner if there were issues with the work. The crew left our property in a state of disarray, I'm still finding nails and debris scattered around the garage area years later. I wasn't told how to prepare for the day of the roof installation and one of the owners blamed me for the mess that was left inside my garage. The crew dented and ripped the logo off the air conditioning unit after indiscriminately throwing materials off the roof and my concerns were dismissed as a minor inconvenience and were never addressed.

When it came time for a new roof, we wanted a company that was reliable, thorough, and would stand…read moreby their work. Victor's Home Solutions delivered all of that -- and then some. From the start, Johno came out for an inspection, gave us a quote within minutes, and even walked us through what could happen once the old roof was removed. I appreciated that transparency. We agreed to the price (a little higher than some other quotes, but for good reason -- more on that below) and financing was handled right away. Two weeks later, construction day arrived. Manny and his crew were on-site bright and early. I'll admit... I overslept and had to move cars last-minute, but Manny was patient and kind about it. He was friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. He even offered to sweep up the dust from our floors after the job -- talk about going the extra mile! The team finished in about 6 hours, right before the rain rolled in. The roof looks fantastic, and we have peace of mind knowing it's backed by a great transferable warranty and yearly maintenance checks. That's a win-win in my book. If you want a roofing company that's upfront, skilled, and genuinely cares about the work they do, Victor's Home Solutions is worth every penny.
