HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They "repaired" my phone with the WRONG screen (cheap LCD).... mine uses a OLED for my Samsung Galaxy; which when they used an LCD it disabled the fingerprint, poor phone lighting and the entire phone capabilities were slow and hard to use! They also melted my back panel on my phone and cant reattach properly now. Went to another establishment called One Stop Cellular in La Habra and they fixed my phone properly!

I had some water damage to my front camera on my iPhone X. We had an appointment for Best Buy to replace my front camera due to a cloudy image. Stopped by this kiosk and explained what happened. He fixed my phone on the spot for a steal! Very knowledgeable and saved me a bunch!

This review "speaks" to the products that Smart Fix sells, specifically iWatch bands. A very friendly and helpful salesperson another store in the Brea Mall recommended this Kiosk/shop for a band for a gift for our daughter. We approached and were greeted by a very friendly salesman, he was helpful and we purchased two different bands. He let us know that they could be exchanged or returned if our daughter didn't like them. Fast forward to Christmas day, when my daughter opened her gifts, and one of the bands was already falling apart. I realize for the price, $25 each, they aren't going to last years, but I certainly didn't expect this. So on 12/31 we went to the establishment to speak to them. They were nice enough, but hesitant to give us a return, noting the item is damaged. Once we agreed that the item was unopened, he stated that he "didn't know how to do a return on the machine" and we would have to come back another day. This seemed a bit strange, but we tried to be understanding and so I can back a second time. This time he and another employee tried to get me to exchange them, and when I refused, they stated only a manager could do a return as he had to put a special code into the system. I called them on it, saying I'm familiar with "Square Software.' They stated theirs must be different. I asked if I needed to dispute the sale on my credit card, to which one of them replied, "That would be the best way for us to handle your refund!' This makes zero sense to me, I picked up the product, and walked away shaking my head. Do Not Buy Anything Here! PS-they also said that if I exchanged it, they just fix it, and put it back out for sale, which days a lot about the quality of their products!

MUST READ!I'm writing another review because I want you to understand how SHIT this place is! So i took my phone here to get the cracked screen fixed. When i got there one of the guys was rude to me so right away (should have been my sign to LEAVE!) but I left my phone about an hour then came back, payed $120-$130. So after that I noticed my battery was messed up and my screen had a pause sign on the screen that wouldn't go away, and my battery didn't last at all anymore. So I took it to the Sprint Technician, he opened it up and said "Whoever fixed your screen did a HORRIBLE job, there was loose screw in there falling out and the battery was swollen" PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE!! read more

Do not go here to fix your phone! I am not the only person that has posted a similar complaint about the same thing. Read other Yelp reviews. I brought my iphone to get fixed, after leaving I notice the home button did not work. I had to take it back and waited over 2 hours for them to fix something that was done incorrectly. I took my phone back today now a 2nd time because the keyboard does not work. They refused to fix it because they said the phone screen is damaged. I come to find out today that they use generic fake screens. after repeated visits and an iphone that is not working they did not do anything but offer me a $10 discount to pay to get it fixed again. I repeat go somewhere else! don't waste your money and your time. read more

Smart Fix was great! My girlfriend had cracked her iPhone 6 screen, we found Smart Fix in the mall and they were happy to help right away. They gave us a great deal and fixed the screen within 15 minutes of dropping it off. So far everything functions perfectly normal and they even give you a 6 month warranty for technical issues. Glad we stopped by, I'll definitely use them again in the future. read more

I accidentally left my iPhone 6 Plus on the roof of my car and it fell off about a half mile down the road...it completely smashed, the screen was destroyed. I took it to Smart Fix at the Brea Mall and in less than 30 minutes it was fixed as good as new!!! In fact I'm writing this review on my completely restored iPhone!! I'm giving this business five stars not because they fixed my phone but because they didn't fix my phone! They could've let me just believe that it was the Crystal face plate that was cracked, when in fact it was just the plastic cover that I had on there and they were honest enough to send me down to Ghost Armor to have the plastic covering replaced for $30- so they save me around $50- $80. read more

This was excellent service. The screen on our iPhone was replaced in about 10 minutes and looks like new. It was half the price of the apple store. He also had great customer service and offered all of the options for the screen and battery as well. Definitely recommended for screen repair or any other phone repair needed. read more

I had a broken screen and called them to see how much it'd be the guy said it'd be 80. I drive from fullerton to the brea mall 2 hours before they close to get my phone fixed. I go up to the guy and then since this is a replacement phone due to my other one was lost awhile ago he tells me it'll be 210 but if I give him cash (180) maybe so he can pocket the rest he could fix it. Like wtf?! I came here for nothing and I didn't want him touching my phone. I went to another place the day after and it only cost me 75 for a new screen btw. read more

Smart fix is the best place to take any phone you my have to get fixed. Fatima and Mett are the kindest most knowledgeable and hard working folks I've ever had the pleasure to see in action. While I was waiting fir them to get to my box of phone parts. Yes I mean parts because I thought I could fix it myself Took it completely apart and could not put it back together I brought them a box of junks and Fatima with a stern confidence told me the could hid it. Well they did fix it. My phone works perfect. And considering I ran it over with my harley it was defiantly a small wish come me true. Trust me if you broke your screen or accidentally tool it all apart for fun. These are the great folks you need to talk to. My iPhone 6 screen was shattered to pieces in every which way. Like. Unbelievably shattered. I made an appointment at the Apple Store to get it fixed, because I heard from several friends that they charged less than most places. After walking around the mall for god knows how long, I found this place across from Lush. One of the female employees helped me, gave me a student discount, and a complementary screen protector for $109 (after tax). I was impressed by how quickly my phone was ready-she was done fixing my screen in less than 20 minutes! Bye bye Apple Store, no more waiting at the Genius Bar for me. Went to Apple Store to fix my boyfriends iPhone 7 he cracked nd damaged the LCD. The wait was 45-60 mins nd plus an hour wait to repair so a total of 2 hours so we decided to sign up for Apple nd to just come back . On our way out we stoped to ask ANDY how much it would be for both nd he gave us such a reasonable price ! Everyone else was charging more than 300$ so we couldn't pass the deal up nd decided to let him fix it! He fixed it within 20 mins nd threw in an extra temper glass screen protector nd gave us 6 month warranty !! I'm sure we will be back(BF breaks phones like nothing) read more

Andy is seriously amazing!! I came in with an iPhone that was so shattered it looked like a spiderweb, the touch screen itself wasn't working and the screen had turned multicolored with stripes all over the screen, so I couldn't use the phone at all. Andy told me he could fix all of the problems in 20 minutes. Not only that, he gave me a free glass screen protector to go with it and they give you a 6 month warranty so if it happens again, I can just get it fixed again now. Really can not believe how fast my phone was repaired. Andy was a great help. As he was repairing my phone he did not get bothered on the fact that I was right next to him asking him questions which really impressed me. Most technicians would not be this comfortable. He answered all my questions because of course, I was curious of what was inside my phone. Within 20 minutes my iPhone 6+ charging port was fixed and I can not be thankful enough. This is my third time coming here getting my screens fixed / batteries changed ! I love their work and the quality of everything that is my number one reason why I keep coming back to them. There is a place like this closer to my house but the customer service of Andy and his co worker was awesome . Andy did a great job and saved me from driving to a different mall to get my screen fixed! After Apple said it would cost $120 dollars and take about six hours. (I would have to leave my phone over night) Andy charged me less and was able to fix it in 15 minutes. He also offered to fix my camera lens for cheaper than I thought. This place is great. I've come here a couple times and the give great deals for fixing screens and I just got a new battery for a great price. They're also very nice and very fast, only took about 20 minutes this time to replace the cracked screen and a battery. I've broken my phone so many times and each time smart fix gets it completely repaired within 30 minutes! Other places charge wayy higher so I was happy to hear that it was $100 or lower (most places I've been to other than here charge almost $150 or up!! Had a screen cracked on my iPhone5 went to the Apple Store and told me there was at least an hour wait to talk to representative.
