Dust had been piling up and when I would clean myself between cleanings I noticed they weren't even cleaning like behind the vase in my bathroom, they wouldn't even take out dirty bottles from my daughters bed when fixing it, they put dirty dishes with clean dishes in the washer and turned it on without soap. But worst of all there was dust on everything and no wiping. I found myself cleaning more and I wished to as a working mom. My own flaw was my few days delay in paying and that was bc I needed my husband to put the money in the account. Then they text me today out of nowhere (I made zero complaints bc I thought if I explain what I want we can meet in the middle) they say they're charging me $20 extra and then says is $25 extra for EACH BLIND!!! Mind you I asked for dusting and wiping over washing dishes, taking out trash or fixing beds bc that's not what I need. They say I'm taking too much of their time?? Then what am I paying for? Just terrible service to a kind, respectful and paying customer.

She arrived on time and was very professional and thorough. We walked our space and reviewed services that we wanted and even some she suggested that we didn't know about. I've worked in offices for almost two decades and am familiar with average pricing for commercial cleaning services. The quote Cynthia provided was detailed and fair. I'm confident in their ability to meet our cleaning services needs! Thank you Cynthia!

The previous provider had been there for 25 years, had done a poor job of cleaning, resulting in a significant pest control problem, and our aggressive pest fogging required thorough cleaning. California Cleans jumped to get a quote the same day and were able to come out and clean the very next day, in order to expedite our new provider coming in safely. The brand new stove we had purchased in August of 2025 looked like it had never been cleaned - thanks to California Cleans, it looks new again! The slider tracks were full of grime and dirt from wear - not anymore! They did great work, especially because the previous provider supposedly used a professional cleaner when they moved out. Whomever they used didn't hold a candle to the work that California Cleans did! Thank you so much!

I've decided to no longer use their services due to the delay in cleaners arriving and lack of communication on updates. I waited for over 3 hours past their estimated arrival window for my last cleaning (April 6th). When I mentioned being late to pick up my kids due to late start time, I was left with zero apology and to simply leave my home when the cleaners are in my home. While some people may be comfortable doing this, I am not. They send different cleaning teams each time and I prefer to be present when anyone is working in my home.

RCS is WAY beyond the others! A crew of four arrived ontime, and each lady immediately got to their assigned tasks. They supply all of their own equipment and products, and after they leave, the entire house looks and smells amazing. My wife checked the shutters, the picture frames, the microwave, the laundry room - everything was done above and beyond what we expected. We have scheduled RCS for every two weeks. I'm sure they'll get the job done. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I honestly don't know what they actually cleaned, because the place still looked dirty afterward. I had to go back and clean it myself. Dust and debris were still along the edges, nothing was dusted, the kitchen cabinets still had stains, and the floors didn't feel clean at all. I even took photos to prove it. When I reached out to share my concerns, their response was, "We mopped twice and there were pets in the house." What does that have to do with anything? Pets don't excuse poor service. The fact is, they did not do their job, period. Save your money and look elsewhere.

I started using this company approximately a year ago to clean our offices, in hopes…read morethey would be better than the prior person, who was found wiping the toilets and then our desks with the same cloth. I had Vanguard come in and tell us how they use color coded towels, to prevent this from happening. They really sold us on how particular and thorough their cleaners are and assured us that their services were top notch. We did a walk-through with the owner of Vanguard and with the cleaner and they took notes on the specifics of what we needed cleaned and how often. Unfortunately, their services are extremely lacking. Our desks are never wiped down, only "lightly dusted", (as seen by one of our employee's who happen to be here one evening). On a weekly basis, we literally have to wipe down our own desks, after the cleaners have been here, and the towels are always dirty. It is like babysitting their cleaners each week and I certainly don't have time to do that. For what they are charging us, you would think they could get the job done! We only have 12 desks, so it's not like it some large corporation full of cubicles. I have had to email and call on numerous occasions, because they didn't do their job. I finally called to cancel their services, after having to call and complain so much, and now being told they require a 30 day notice! I can not fathom, how a company that is so badly run, could possibly ask that! Do yourself a favor and do not waste your money on this company!
