They offered to remake it, which was very nice, but it tasted the exact same and I ended up dumping it out because it was so undrinkable (I also do not have a refined palette at all and will mostly drink anything so it's very rare for me to dump out drinks). I think they make it with water instead of milk, which isn't on the employees, but it really should be mostly milk so I have no idea why they are using water. I don't want this review to be a dig at the employees because I'm 1000% confident it's not their fault, but whoever is in charge needs to try these drinks and change the recipe because they're terrible.
