I had higher hopes for my dinner experience here than I actually received…read more I am not a big fan of places that rely 100% on kiosk-only ordering methods. And, the was nearly 0% human interaction from the time an order is placed until it is delivered. The staff are in the kitchen, barely visible. The wings and fries were pretty standard fare. Not bad, not great. I had traditional bone-in wings and seasoned fries with a drink. I ordered extra crispy, but they didn't come out that way. My dining companion had the garlic-parm boneless wings and fries. Her wings were pretty greasy. She made the mistake of not ordering a drink and just wanted a cup for water. Keep in mind she spent about $15 for her food. We waited about 10 minutes until we were able to ask someone for a water cup, only to be told that they don't give out cups unless you buy a soda. Definitely not planning to return here.

After I was finished with a Yelp event, I walked across the street to ATL Wings. I had heard about…read morethis place on the radio often. Another Yelper joined me for the eats. A few issues here. You can only order from their one kiosk. No counter orders; no bueno for the non-techie person! If you peruse the board menu when you walk in, which I did, the print is really hard to see with the reflection. It is a huge menu too with flavors, dressings and types of chicken you can order. Staff were friendly when they were at the counter. Many times, the counter was unmanned and you could not get anyone's attention. The place was fairly clean. You bus your own trays and debris. The orders were wings and fries and chicken tenders with fries. The fries were advertised as their own homemade fries which got my attention. Service was fairly fast and you must pick up your order when called. The chicken tenders were dredged in Parmesan garlic bread crumbs. They were good but overly salty as were the fries. Another thing about the tenders is they were swimming in oil. I used several napkins 3-4 times to soak up the grease. Ugh. The fries were piled high, slightly spicy and really not my favorite. 3 stars might be generous for "All The Love" Wings. Free street and metered parking right outside.

No other location can compare. We got the Long Wong's special this last time. 24 wings for $18.99, in medium-hot and lemon pepper. Yum. You can't beat this Phoenix spot. If you want wings, it has to be from this Long Wong's location.

It was a good choice because we really enjoyed it. Nice homie atmosphere, good food, friendly people. She got the pulled pork sandwich and enjoyed it very much. I ordered the 4 rib special and while they were delicious, they were a bit more chewy than what I've gotten in most other places. I had leftovers and they were good the next day for lunch. If you like greens, definitely order the collard greens because they were fantastic! I would definitely go here again to try other items on the menu.

Three people trying to do the same jobs at different times, and the same 3 people constantly coming to the table to see if we needed anything when all of our food wasn't even out yet My companion and I ordered our food at the same time. First came our soup which needed a little salt, but I would much rather have it like that than too salty. My companion ordered Mongolian beef lunch special. His came right away. However, mine came about 10 minutes later. ( in my experience if there's two people sitting at a table you bring their food out together and not 10 minutes apart) I ordered lunch special shrimp with snow peas and asked for it to be cooked with the white sauce. What I received instead was shrimp and peas in brown sauce. Even as they dropped it off I said this is wrong sauce although there were a lot of shrimp but the gentleman turned around and walked away. The woman came back out, and I flagged her down and told her. She looked at me and said do you want it with white sauce? And I said yes that's what I ordered. So she took it in the back and had them remake my meal. This a completely different meal came out. This was definitely moo guy Pan and not shrimp with snow peas on top of that there was only three shrimp. Now I personally have to really be in the mood for moo goo guy Pan. Because I don't like some of the vegetables that's in it. So that meal was an epic fail. I don't understand why canned soda is so expensive when they don't even give you a cup of ice to pour it into. And I don't understand why they brought my lunch special accoutrements eggroll, etc. separate from my guest. Normally, these things should be served at the beginning of the meal with the soup. But they really came at the end of the meal instead. And this young woman kept coming out and checking on us every four minutes or so. It got frustrating when I'm trying to have a conversation with my guest and she kept interrupting unnecessarily So in the end, I would say it might be worth going back to this place one more time to see if they can get their service corrected. And get a better flow of getting the food out at the appropriate times and in the appropriate order. I would make sure I have plenty of time to waste, because if they keep bringing out one dish at a time, it's silly that one person can be finishing up their meal when the other person is just getting theirs.
