Warm vanilla sauce and a cream cheese strudel! DELICIOUS!

We stepped in here to warm up on a particularly chilly morning, and we found a lovely atmosphere, friendly service, and delicious pastry with hot chocolate! Great find!

This place was a suprise. We went because it was next to the Apple store and my mother in law was having iPhone battery problems and we had spent about 2.5 hours there trouble shooting it. We wanted to stay close to the store so that of the battery had issue, we could go right next door again. We got the melange and three pastries. The chestnut pastries the chestnut part was dried out so not that good but OMG the Cardinal cake. It was incredible!! My mother in law said it was the best pastry she had all trip!!!!! Basically it had this fluffy white cake part on top, and then the yellow custard layer which was amazing!!! And then the little bit of the powered sugar on top just brought it together!!! Something about that sugar just made it extra delightful! We didn't even take a picture because we weren't expecting much but wow!! Oh and the saint honor cake was just okay. But Cardinal cake! Get it! The place is next to the st. Stephens cathedral. Also they have a room that has a lot of greenery so you can pretend you went to palmenhaus

Came for a coffee and ended up getting a very good Gluten Free Chocolate Raspberry Cake and Coffee.

We sat on their patio, which was lovely. And the service was great as well. Their breakfast menu has lots of options, probably something for everyone! My friend had their Viennese breakfast (soft boiled egg, butter, jam, honey, organic roll, and organic rye bread), and I had their salmon scrambled eggs (bread with cream cheese, salmon tataki, sea salt, truffle, and cress), which was different than I was expecting but delicious. We each had a couple of coffees and really enjoyed our leisurely breakfast at JOMA.

Everything carefully crafted and professionally presented! I had the juicy grilled kalamari with a garlic sauce (very appropriate) and a wok veggie salad. My partner had the Joma sandwich with sweet potato fries. I also had the lemongrass seafood soup, and I had it twice (yes re-ordered it on the same visit) because it was amazing. Ended the meal with a cup of ginger tea (real ginger pieces). All in all, great dining experience, lovely and relaxing ambience and obliging staff. Five stars.

We waited in the takeout line for about 15 minutes and ate the best Kaiserschmarrn ever! Something I didn't even know existed until visiting Vienna. Highly recommend checking out this spot!

We were directed to go upstairs and found an open seat in no time at all. Just passing by all the display cases filled with desserts and pastries triggered the cravings. We did a quick menu perusal but really knew that we wanted to try the kaiserschmarrn which was a traditional Austrian dessert made up torn up pancakes, served with a plum compote and dusted with powdered sugar. It was light, had a nice caramelized flavor from browning in the pan and little pops of more sweetness from the raisins. It was so delicious that we came back the next day for more but shortcut the line and got it to go from the takeaway window. Same kaiserschmarrn but around 3 Euros cheaper for a larger serving. After eating we wanted around the restaurant and towards the back you can see just how the cooks juggled making many pans of Kaiserschmarrn at the same time. Yes it's a bit pricey but so tasty to try at least once.
