I forgot I ordered said stickers until I was going through my receipt emails and came across it. I emailed the customer service as well as DM'd the owner on Instagram. No response until I commented on his Instagram picture. He said he'd look into it, a week passes no update so I inquire again. He apologizes again and states he'll see what happened. Save yourself some trouble and don't fall for this scam. Months passed after my order for custom shoes with no contact so I started a claim to get my money back on Paypal. Only then was I contacted. Giving the benefit of the doubt I allowed myself to be sweet talked out of my protection period and then contact ceased again. I threatened action and got an offer of a refund that was never made good on. I ended up having to initiate a chargeback through my card company and that was the only way I finally got my money back. A six (6) month headache that I'm finally glad to be done with. Sloth, there are no excuses that could possibly explain away your disgraceful and dishonest business practices. You're welcome for the free six month loan by the way. P.S. The owner of Sloth Design's name is indeed Tim Han. The so-called positive review is likely his father or the man himself. SLOTH shipping--It really is that slow. I ordered something in early November. I was promised to have it shipped like three days later. I emailed him--no response. I waited. My fiancé and I finally started spamming his instagram (he deleted the comments on his photos) and finally got back with me. He told me it would be shipping "at the end of the week." I waited another week. NOTHING. Emailed him. NOTHING. Finally emailed him telling him I didn't want my order (it was literally a hat.) and then he finally told him he was shipping it and I should get a tracking notification. I never got that. But I got my order right before Christmas, even though I told him over and over again I ordered EARLY so that I could have my order for my fiancé before the 16th when he left to go to another state. Nope. I got it on the 20th of December, and didn't get to give this gift to my man until after the New Year. Don't waste your time. He is a great artist but a horrible business man who only answers you emails if you blast his instagram photos. He never ships on time (reading from the other reviews.) Empty promises. Don't do it. I give him credit for the great art he makes but unless you are prepared to deal with long shipment waits, frustration from ignored emails and bad customer service. THE WORST customer service. I have emailed and tried to contact this company 7 times since April 20th when I ordered. It's June. No product has arrived and the one tracking number they did give me got returned to the shipper because they put the wrong zip code on the package. Worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. I bought a sweatshirt for my fiance in November. I recieved it and I was beyond disappointed. After shipping it was about $53.00.. I was expecting a normal quality sweatshirt. When I opened it I found it to be paper thin and the graphic design was damaged. I emailed IAMSloth and never got a response. I gave them the benefit of the doubt since it was around the holidays. I STILL have not heard from Sloth and it's now March 10th. My fiance contacted them on instagram trying to see if someone would respond and 3 months later they responded with, they are back ordered and won't be able to ship for another week and that they have had a change in workforce. Unacceptable!! 4 months to replace a sweatshirt... And now we are dealing with 80 degree temperatures. This problem has still not been resolved and I am a very unhappy camper. As it got closer to Christmas I started getting concerned as I had not received my product in the mail yet. I tried emailing "customer service" FOUR times with no response.
