Number one he tells me that any shirt over a large is extra but didn't really have a reason why. I needed them asap so I just paid the almost 140$ for the 3 shirts that he said would take 45 min to do. I went shopping came back the printing was perfect. I got home showed the other two people and they informed me the guy gave me 2 double xl and 1 xl. I called the guy back and he told me basically sorry but we will not refund return or exchange. GREAT BUSINESS PRACTICES. I've already called my credit card company to dispute this charge, but now I'm stuck with two gigantic shirts that are useless to me for the party tomorrow. This makes me so angry that people do not own up to their mistakes. I will be filing a complaint to the better business bureau and whatever else I can need to do so this does not happen to anyone else. I own my own business and we stand behind our name. Without our customers we are nothing. I hope the owner sees this and fires this so called manager who knows nothing about customer service or smart business practices!!!!
