We had a great conversation, we walked through the house, what we were looking to do and he made recommendations that fit our needs. He was highly responsive and submitted a proposal quickly. Best price and value from everyone we talked to! *Jon came out to do measurements and take video for the install team. Another great experience! He was thorough, asked additional questions, set ther install team up for success and set our expectations. *Install was a breeze! We had an amazing team who came in and made the magic happen over 3 days. Day one was old windows out, new windows in. They were methodical, detail oriented and the moved so seamlessly! Day two was outside details and day three was inside details. The disruption was much less than we imagined. New windows are a significant financial investment and Paramount was easily the best decision for our investment!

Their claims of quality during sales became claims of things at least meeting industry standards for minimums. Their lack of integrity has left me with doors that do not fit the openings and no assistance going forward for the doors and a whole house of windows. Never an apology, just blaming others and threatening me with court if I didn't pay them. I remember a time when people had pride in their work, but that seems to be long ago.

I had a couple of ideas in mind for door design and material, however a lot had changed due to COVID in regards to offerings and quality. DMD helped me navigate my options and select the best doors for our budget with quality in mind. It was a pleasure to work with Tami. She answered all my questions and kept in touch when delays happened (supply chain is no joke.) Chad and his install team were fantastic to work with as well. They are clearly knowledgeable and have a lot of experience on the team. Trim work was awesome and they took their time to make sure it all looked perfect. Clean up was also fantastic, could not even tell they were here. I would definitely work with DMD in the future.

He felt both genuine and knowledgeable, and that proved out over the quoting process and engagement. I'd wholeheartedly work with them again and recommend them to others!

After getting four quotes, I came to realize that each company pretty much has one type of siding they recommend and install. For one company we interviewed it was LP (engineered wood), for two companies it was Hardie (fiber cement), and for the last company, Superior Industries, it was a material we hadn't heard of before: Gentek ALIGN Composite Cladding (aka Alside ASCEND Composite Cladding). I was initially skeptical because I hadn't come across it in my research. How good could it be? Turns out, amazing. Really glad I called Mike to come take a look, as otherwise we would have ended up spending a lot more to get a not-quite-as-good product. Superior Industries replaced all of our siding, soffits, and facia, and aluminum-wrapped all new trim boards for us. They did precise, high-quality work and it really shows. Communication was good throughout and the guys who did the work were friendly and competent. Mike only has a couple teams, so these guys have been with him for many years and really know their stuff. They listened to everything I had to say, they consulted me when there were any decisions to be made, and they answered all my questions. Everything looks great and we are very pleased.

CCE provided me with a reasonable quote, and once I signed on with them they completed the work ahead of schedule with no additions to the budget. Unique Windows did a wonderful install job, doing new trim around the windows that looks gorgeous. The house has been so much warmer, and so much more well ventilated since the install about a month ago. There was a minor alignment detail on the trim that looked off - though the windows themselves were slightly misaligned in the house itself. The owner Preston agreed that the trim could be adjusted for alignment, and he and Jim came out to remove and reset the trim themselves. Looks perfect. A well done job, complete. I loved how they took ownership in fixing up that detail so we can all feel good about the new windows in my home. I'm really glad I chose CCE to work with. And I LOVE my new windows.
