My experience with them has been completely and utterly awful. I've asked for a refund of 3 of my sessions, since their nearest location is two hours away, and as you could already guess, they have ghosted me.

To make an appointment here, you would need to create a profile online and pre-pay half as a deposit. There is a 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling policy to be aware of if you don't want to lose your money. If you call in, their receptionist will tell you to go online, but if you have any issues, to call her back and she can talk you through the steps. Prior to your appointment, drink a lot of water and stay hydrated for the best detox results. On the day of the appointment, I arrived early as I do going to any spa for the first time to check in and see if they need me to sign any paperwork. They have a really nice lobby area. The receptionist offered me water and asked if I needed to use the restroom while I was waiting. I had my sessions with Samantha. She came and welcomed me to the treatment room. It was very clean. The table was lined with disposable sheets and even a warming sheet to keep you warm. They had disposable bras and underwears to protect your clothes from getting dirty. Samantha explained that each treatment will be customized to your body and your preferences. She asked if there was any areas I would like to focus on, and I mentioned my stomach. She warned me that she would be applying a lot of pressure to release the lymphs but I thought the pressure was amazing and relaxing... but I do like firm pressure massages. In addition to the full body lymph massage, she also did a fat cavitation and apply sculpting tools to my stomach area. Throughout the whole treatment Samantha was super professional and knowledgeable, and fun to chat with. After the treatment, she reminded me to drink a lot of water and avoid alcohol for maximum detox. This is great for a quick detox. If you're looking for extreme results, you should come 1-2 times a month. It isn't reasonable to expect quick change for just one visit. I had such a great experience I already scheduled the Ultimate Luxe Treatment Sculpt Detox with Samantha.

I'm 32 years old and she told me that sticking to Botox and microneedling (which I've done before) was enough. I inquired about morpheus8 and she said I could consider that later in my 40s and higher but not now. In terms of the Botox, her technique is great - she gave me a device to keep my mind off the injection and tapped on my skin to distract me. She has amazing bedside manner! The studio itself is also so clean and aesthetic and gives glass water bottles (so fancy!). One thing that I thought sets them apart from other places is that Allie was VERY detailed in any possible side effects I might have. For example she discussed injecting the upper corner of my brows to prevent that part rising if the rest of my forehead has tox in it (which is actually a side effect I noticed from another clinic where I developed a crease on the outer corner of my brows after getting Botox in forehead). Also when injecting my masseters with a lower dose (as I requested), she warned me about possible paradoxical compensation from another muscle group that could cause noticeable protrusion of muscle at far angle of jaw - and this is also something I saw happening at my prior Botox place. So overall I was very happy that she was very patient and talked through the procedure and all possible side effects which is not something that was told to me from other clinics.

I was unable to be kind under the circumstances but Zahar decided to take me in anyways after being 25 min late (again due to moving unexpectedly). I explained to her my situation and she was really kind and understanding. I felt instantly at ease and she did everything in her power to speed up the process such as numbing cream and filling out the liability forms. We skipped the PRP and went straight into micro needling which she assured me would offer the same effective results. She consistently checked in to make sure I was doing ok and warned me on area's that would hurt a little more. She also gave extra special attention to the problem area's I pointed out which I really appreciated. Despite me being late she still went over about 15 min and offered VANT facial after for a "chaos" discount (inside joke for us haha). I felt soooo relaxed and happy, the first time in weeks honestly. I am so grateful Sahar took the time to take me in and was so sweet throughout the process.
