I want to write an honest review about my visit to Skin Envy Medical Spa. Let me start by saying…read morethat I live in South Jersey, and it's almost a two-hour drive--but I have to tell you, it is absolutely worth it! Yesterday, I had my lips done, and to be completely honest, I have a very difficult case. Not only do I have noticeable natural asymmetry in my lips, but I'm also extremely sensitive. On top of that, I had fibrosis from a previous, not-so-great experience with another "doctor." I've been to many places, and some injectors didn't even want to take me as a client. I finally decided to see Hanna (a PA and an experienced injector) after seeing her work on Instagram. Pros: 1.Zero waiting time! For me, this is very important--they really value my time. 2.Hanna and all the staff were very kind, especially considering how nervous I was. 3. Place itself beautiful and clean. 4. Hanna explained everything in great detail, step by step, taking into account my asymmetry and my fears. 5. All of the fillers were opened in front of me. 6. There is a medical provider on-site (a doctor in the office). 6.The RESULT! I can't explain how happy I feel. I feel confident again! My lips are so cute, proportional to my face, and most importantly--not overdone! No "duck lips"--just jucie, luscious lips! Even my hubby loves it( girls will understand) Cons: Only one--why didn't I do this earlier?! Overall: if I could give 10 starts, I would! I'm so happy that I find "mine" place! Rima not only sat down with me at the start of the appointment to discuss my concerns, but also walked through with me step-by-step about what she was doing and why. I felt completely at ease, and can immediately notice an improvement to my scars. This appointment was a five star experience, but I've left four stars to reflect a comprehensive review of my four sessions. I also think the business manager's responses to critical reviews are a bit gaslighting and customer blaming so the four stars also reflect that. Overall, I would recommend Park Slope Laser but only if you request Rima cause she's an empathetic and knowledgeable provider!
